After a few weeks of returning to Konoha, things were hectic for a while. One, Gaara got kidnapped by the Akatsuki and Naruto went bat-shit crazy.
He also had a few words with his brother Deidara. Sasori was another story after Naruto trapped him and Deidara together and dragged their asses back to Konoha.
He reprimanded them to the point they ended up living with Naruto each having their own room on the third floor.
While the two Akatsuki members were getting reprimanded by Naruto Madara was having some flashbacks of Mito doing the same to Tobirama and himself when they got into fights.
More flashbacks came in for Kakashi when Naruto's past-the-shoulder-length hair separated into nine parts.

Sasori and Deidara we're terrified. Especially after they found Naruto had a Daughter and is going to have another child after his birth month. To say they were pissed their baby brother got raped was an understatement because they told the entire village what would happen if they tried to touch their baby brother.

During that time Madara was slowly coming to terms with what his feelings for Naruto were. Naruto on the other hand is trying, but having grown up without knowing what love feels like it's hard to understand.
"When you're with this person you speak of how do you feel on the inside?" Sakura asked.
"I feel really happy, and my heart speeds up," Naruto explained. "I also think about them constantly because they were the first person who let me rely on them." the blonde continued.
Sakura only smiled as Naruto continued describing what they are like. She also figured out that it was Madara. When she brought it up he pulled a Hinata with how red his face was. He almost fainted too.
Slowly without their knowledge, Madara and Naruto became closer. Naruto was admitted to Mount Myoboku to learn sage mode.

"Please, Naruto. Be okay." was the last thing Sakura said before she passed out. A huge cloud of smoke appeared. Standing on the large toad was Naruto.
After fighting for three hours Naruto found the main source powering the sixth path. "I'm sorry Naruto. I didn't have a choice. But coming back in time was a good idea though."Nagato said.
"Wait don't, there has to be another way, please?" Naruto pleaded. Nagato shook his head. "No there isn't Naruto. There's another Uzumaki she's a female, obsessed with Sasuke. But I'm sure you can change that part of her." Nagato explained. Naruto nodded. "Ok. If you see my parents tell them I said hi for me, ne?" Naruto asked accepting that this was how it is. "I will." Nagato agreed.

After the pein attack things were slowly going back to normal the village started treating Naruto like a human. Some still held grudges but were willing to move past them.
It was on a mission did they run to the masked man again. "You. You were the one that helped me with Minako!" Naruto shouted. "Ahh, you still remember me." The masked man stated. Naruto nodded.
"I'm grateful for that so thank you. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you helping me." Naruto voices out. Zetsu was shocked. "You helped the enemy," Zetsu whispered. "They are no enemies of mine. But people that I care about. Now shut up and leave." Tobi whispered back with an order.
With that said he left. "How about I introduce myself." Tobi started. "My name is Uchiha Obito." Obito continued while removing his mask. Everyone's eyes widen in shock.
Crap I forgot about this. But why am I forgetting things? Naruto thought. "It's because you altering things. When you arrived back in time you caused ripples and those ripples change the future and your memories you barely know anything that happened in the future." Kurama explained. "Oh thanks, Kurama." Naruto thanked the giant fox.
The fox didn't say anything and went back to sleep. "Hey, where did Kakashi-sensei go?" Sakura asked.

After meeting the masked man, Kakashi became distant. This is because he is trying to process the fact his best friend his crush was still alive and kicking.
For several days it was like that until Obito busted his door down one night at 9:30 pm. "Alright, Kakashi let's go for a walk and talk okay?" Kakashi could only nod to Obito's question.
For several minutes they were in a peaceful silence before Obito broke it. "I'm sorry for not coming back," The Uchiha apologized. "No, I'm sorry. I-i killed R-rin." Kakashi said close to tears.
Obito turned to face Kakashi and grabbed his shoulders. "Kakashi, it's not your fault, like it isn't my fault," Obito said. "She's safe and in a better place. She wanted to die to protect this village and you." Obito said as he brought Kakashi in a hug.
The Silver headed man couldn't do anything but hug Obito back and let the tears flow from his eyes. "I love you, Kashi," Obito said with such confidence Kakashi froze. "I-i love y-you too."
Obito pulled back slightly and slowly pulled Kakashi's mask down. He brought his right-hand holding Kakashi's left cheek. Obito brought his and Kakashi's face closer together kissing under the moonlight. Albeit short it was blissful and full of love and compassion.
"Will you be my boyfriend Kashi?" Obito asked. "Y-yes," Kakashi said nodding.
Naruto had a field day after the two came out to the team. He also threatened Obito if hurt his 'Kashi-nii's' feelings. Naruto asked a few questions about love without Madara's knowledge. And Obito answered them to the best of his abilities.
Naruto and Obito would talk about anything and nothing at the same time for hours. Nobody minded as it was entertaining.
After a few days, Naruto got to calling Obito 'Onii-san' and Kakashi 'Nii-san', but the two men didn't mind it and let him call them whatever he wanted.
