Screams of pain were heard from inside the mountain. On the rock-like bed with his hands on the handles on each side of him.
Every now and then Naruto would clench his hands around the handles when the pain started getting worse.
For 12 hours Naruto had lied on the makeshift bed that was made for him. After Tsunade deemed Naruto ready she told him to push.
Jiraiya on Naruto's right side by his stomach had his hands over Naruto's stomach using the same sealing jutsu Minato used when Kushina was giving birth. Madara had Naruto's head in his lap and was silently encouraging him.
Sakura was preparing equipment to wash and dry the baby in. Kakashi was at the apartment they rented and was preparing a room for the newborn.
After three hours of pushing Kakashi was done with the room. He was standing on Naruto's right side closer to his head his back facing away from the cave entrance.

"Did you hear that Deidara-senpai?!" A high-pitched voice asked. The man was wearing a black cloak with red clouds on it. The other man Deidara shook his head.
"It sounds like someone's in pain. Let's check it out." the masked man suggested. "Don't even think about it, Tobi. It isn't our business." Deidara said.
Maybe not for you but for me it is. I promised myself I would protect Kakashi and Naruto. Tobi thought. And besides you didn't get memories from another timeline. His thought process was interrupted by another blood-curdling scream.
"That was what you were talking about?" The blonde asked. Tobi nodded. "Yep! It is." Tobi exclaimed.
Tobi then walked away from Deidara and towards the mountain. When he was far enough away from the long-haired blonde he used Kamui to phase through the ground.
He came back up on Naruto's left side. Tobi's left hand grabbed Naruto's left hand. The masked man was on his knees. Their conjoined hands looked like they were going to arm wrestle.
The others were surprised by his sudden visit. "Heard some screams figured I'd help a bit," Tobi said with a deep voice. Kakashi was lucky he was wearing his mask because he was red as a tomato and most likely has a nosebleed.
"I could break your hand." Naruto protested. "I'll be fine just worry about pushing." Tobi encouraged. Naruto nodded. Tsunade nodded to Naruto to start pushing again.
After another two hours at 7:30 and Naruto is in tears because of how painful it is. "I-i can't do this. I-it h-hurts so bad." Naruto stuttered out.
"Don't give up now. You got this all you need to do is put all that energy you have and determination and turn that into a drive to get this child out." Tobi advised. Naruto nodded.
5 hours later at 4:30 pm on June sixth a healthy baby girl was heard crying. Sakura who had gloves on walked over to Tsunade and carried the baby to get cleaned before handing her to her mama.
After she was thoroughly washed she was handed to Naruto who was sitting up and leaning against Madara.
"Minako Rin Uzumaki," Naruto whispered rubbing her cheek affectionately but tenderly. "Such a beautiful name for a beautiful baby girl," whispered Tobi. "Congratulations kid." Tobi happily congratulated.
"Thank you guys, for helping me," Naruto thanked. "It means a lot that you tried. It makes me happy you see me for me." Naruto said with tears leaking from his eyes.
After several months Kakashi, Sakura, Sasuke, Tsunade, and Madara went back to the village, or in Sasuke's case back to Orochimaru.

Three days after Minako turned two they headed back to the village. After Naruto gave birth to Minako, they never saw the masked man again.
"Mama, look at what I made." came a child-like voice of a girl with raven black hair and beautiful ocean blue eyes. "That's beautiful baby." came Naruto's voice as he walked to his daughter Minako.
The only thing Minako didn't inherit from her mother is the whisker marks. "Come on, we have to get going, we're leaving for Konoha," Naruto informed her.
The Raven girl nodded and walked back to Naruto with a flower crown of different colored lilies. Naruto picked her up and she placed the flower crown on his head.
"Thank you, sweetheart." Naruto thanked her. "You're welcome, mama!" Minako exclaimed.

Jiraiya, Naruto, and Minako were seen walking toward the large gates of Konoha. At the gate stood Tsunade, Madara, Sakura, and Kakashi.
"Welcome back Naruto," Sakura excitedly said. "And you must be Minako." Minako nodded.
For several hours Naruto was seen catching up with his friends before going home with Madara and Minako. During the training trip, Madara took it upon himself to move everything he and Naruto owned to the Uchiha compound.
The house was a simple three-story with six bedrooms and baths in each room. Three bedrooms on the second floor and three bedrooms on the other floor. By the time they got there, Minako was asleep in Naruto's arms.
After they put her to bed in her room which was purple-themed walls with all kinds of flowers on the bottom and blue blankets. The sheets were light blue and her pillow cases were dark blue while her blanket was a pretty shade of blue.
She also had a wardrobe and a desk with a chair for her to study on when she starts the academy.
Madara and Naruto we're dressed in pajamas and laying together. Madara pulled Naruto closer to him and cuddled him. "Night, Naru," Madara said. "Night Madara." Naruto replied.
