When they arrived at the village naruto was berated by the Hokage for bringing not one but two missing nins to the village
"Why is Naruto getting scolded by the Hokage again?" Zabuza asked. "You and Haku Zabuza-san," Kakashi replied.
"Oh yeah I know where that book stash is Jiji, I can burn them if you don't listen, Dattebane." Naruto threatened. "You know what I'll work on that as long as you help figure out how to defeat this blasted paperwork. Please." At this point, the man is begging for the answer.
"Two words Jiji..." Naruto started. "Kage bushin." the aged man just banged his head on the table. "And I'm known as the professor."
As this progressed Naruto flicked the old man's forehead and just gave him a kind smile. "Stop downgrading yourself Jiji this village loves you, they love and admire that you are doing this at your age. They're proud to call you the hokage and professor." Naruto gently scolded.
The old man nodded his thanks. And dismissed them to go home and that he would take care of Zabuza and Haku.
On their way home Madara and Naruto stopped by some stores to stock up their home on food and clothes.
They also stopped to get some Dango for Naruro and Tomato flavored rice balls for Madara.
When they got home they saw a letter on the table. That read:
Naruto, Madara,
Sorry to bother you on your day off but I need you guys to meet me at the bridge for something important and no it won't be 'a waste of time.' as you put it, Madara. This is about chunin exams coming up.

"Fuck yeah!" Naruto shouted at the top of his lungs that the village heard. "Sorry Madara I didn't mean to hurt your ears," Naruto said mood switching. "It's fine. Not to be rude but I noticed you have mood swings and morning sickness, are you ok?" Madara asked letting some concern sneak in.
Naruto thought long and hard about what he said. "H-hold on I'll be right back," Naruto said as he walked towards the bathroom. "Ok," Madara said.
A few minutes later naruto comes out with a test. "Naruto is that a.." he didn't finish as he didn't want to scare the boy off. Said boy only nodded.
"Can we go to the hospital just to be sure?" Naruto asked. Madara went to the door with Naruto following behind him putting the pregnancy test in his pocket to show to the medic.

When they arrived Naruto was shaking so much that Madara had to pull him aside just to calm him down.
They walked in with Naruto clinging to Madaras sleeve. They talked with the receptionist and she signed them in and they sat down.
"Uzumaki Naruto." was heard after waiting for thirty minutes.

"Alright, I got the lab tests back. All the information is on this paper." The doctor said. Naruto nodded and took the test and looked to see that he was indeed pregnant.
"This can't be happening my body is still too young," Naruto muttered. Madara placed a hand on Naruto's shoulder gently not to scare the muttering boy.
"Naruto how far along does it say you are?" Madara asked as quietly as he could but loud enough the blonde heard him. "Two months." naruto responded. "Is there a postponing seal that was made?" Naruto nodded to what Madara said. "Yeah there is I recently made one but I don't know if it will work. I'm still tweaking it a bit." Naruto shared.
Madara nodded and took Naruto's hand pulling him off the bed he was sitting on and dragged them out signing out on the way. With Madara still pulling him, he was lost in thought before he heard a voice.
"Naruto-nii-chan!" shouted a childlike voice. Konohamaru. Naruto thought. "Hey, Kono," Naruto said after losing focus on his thoughts. "Who's this?" The small 9-year-old asked.
"This is a friend of mine his name is Madara. Who are you running away from this time?" Naruto replied and asked. "Oh, it's Ebisu again," Konohamaru replied. "The perverted Ebisu or another I never met before?" Naruto asked playfully curious.
"The perverted one." the small boy replied. Madara was just standing there confused when he saw two more kids come out another and a girl. "Right, before I forget, you promised you would play ninja with us," Konohamaru whined.
"A ninja playing ninja, Naruto we have somewhere to be." a familiar voice of Haruno Sakura said. Naruto rolled his eyes and said nothing. "Is she your girlfriend?" Konohamaru asked. Naruto shook his head no. "Good because she's ugly and has a huge forehead." the child insulted.
"Kono-chan, run," Naruto ordered the three did as told and ran with Naruto and Madara following behind at a leisurely pace. "Ow, that hurt you damn brat!" a masculine voice yelled out.
The three genin got around the corner to see sand shinobi, the male holding Konohamaru by his scarf. The other two Moegi and Udon ran behind Naruto. "Put him down," Naruto said. "I don't think I will until he apologizes." the same boy replied. "I wasn't asking, put him down!" naruto got slightly louder.
"Oh yeah and what will you do?" this time the girl asked. "Oh not me, him." Naruto said as he pointed to a tree with a redhead standing upside down on a tree branch.
"G-Gaara." the boy dropped Konohamaru from fear. "Kankuro you're an embarrassment to our village." the redhead now known as Gaara. Kankuro tried to defend himself but the redhead threatened he would kill him.
"You blue eyes. What's your name?" Gaara asked. "Uzumaki Naruto and these are my friends Sasuke in the tree over there, Madara beside me, and Sakura is the Pinkett," Naruto replied introducing his team as well.
"I'm Sabaku no Gaara, these are my siblings Kankuro and Temari," Gaara said as he introduced himself and his siblings. Naruto nodded and they started walking their separate ways with Sasuke jumping out of the tree.
"You alright Naruto you seem paler than usual?" Sasuke asked. Naruto thought long and hard about what he was going to tell them. "Just follow me and Madara I left the test at home." Naruto replied.
They nodded and left it alone following Madara and Naruto to their apartment.
