After the five days were up the preliminaries were in order as to many teams had passed.
The first match was Sasuke against some sound guy. Since he was knocked out the first day he got plenty of rest and had ideas of what to do to defeat his opponents.
The battles went the same as usual with the odd one out here and there.
The winners for each round were Naruto, Neji, Madara, Sasuke, Gaara, another sound nin, Sakura, Temari, and Shikamaru.
"Alright, you guys will pick out a number. Since there are uneven Numbers the winner of the eighth round will battle the ninth competitor.
Let me know what your number is so I can put the battles together." The proctor instructed.
Once everyone got their number they were shown what the battles were going to look like and in what order.
Naruto vs. Neji
Gaara vs. Sasuke
Madara vs. Sound nin
Temari vs. Shikamaru
Sakura vs. Winner of the eighth round
After they read the paper they left to go home and train for the month break they had.

Team Seven met up in Kakashi's apartment to explain who was being trained by who.
"I would train you guys myself but the council will only get in my way so I assigned teachers to you guys. Sasuke your training is with me, again council's doing I don't have a choice.
Sakura your training is with an old friend of mine her name is Kurenai Yuuhi, and she can teach you genjutsu and some Katas she made that will fit you perfectly.
Naruto and Madara I managed to convince the council to allow Jiraiya one of the Sannin to train you two.
Although I highly doubt it as he is a giant pervert. Something he calls himself. Be aware though he is stronger than you." Kakashi explained.
Shit. I might not be able to handle seeing him again. He's the only one that was able to be there for me since Kakashi couldn't because of the council. Naruto thought.
"When do we start training or do we have to find him?" Naruto asked. "You have to find him and prove that you're worthy," Kakashi explained.
"Prove we are worthy, what do you mean by that?" Madara asked. "He doesn't want weak students. He wants his students to at least be high to low chunin level so he can build off from that." Kakashi answered.

Naruto and Madara spent three hours trying to find this man called Jiraiya.
That's when they heard it. A perverted giggle. "That must be him," Naruto said. They turned the corner to see a man with long white hair in a low ponytail and two red streaks going all the way down past his chin.
"Excuse me, are you Jiriaya the toad Sannin?" Naruto asked. "Depends on who's asking." The pervert said. "Naruto and Madara. We were told that Kakashi-sensei managed to convince the council to let you train us." Naruto explained.

Throughout the day the two were trained to the bone. Naruto got a summoning contract with the toads and dogs courtesy of Kakashi giving Naruto the go to sign it and Pakkun's acceptance.
Madara got the summoning contract with the crows and cats. Naruto had to undergo a bet with Gammabunta and the blonde won the said bet.
Madara had to save one of the baby kittens that got lost. Said kitten fell in love with the ravenett and blonde Uzumaki.
Once the day was over they went home and took very much-needed showers. Separately of course. They changed into night clothes and lay down in Naruto's bed.
It became a habit of Naruto snuggling to Madara and said boy wrapped his arms around the blonde jinchuuriki.
"Night Naru," Madara said. "Night Madara," Naruto said immediately falling asleep. Madara soon fell asleep not too long after Naruto.

The next morning Madara and Naruto were sore as they only trained to the point they almost collapsed.
Either way, they got up and changed into their everyday clothes which consist of a black fitting shirt for them both and gray Anbu pants for Naruto, and black Anbu pants for Madara.
They both put on their standard shinobi sandals. Under Naruto's pants, his shinobi sandals went up to his knees. Madara's shinobi sandals went up to his ankles.
The two left the apartment to meet up with Sasuke and Sakura for breakfast as they do every morning.
Ever since they started doing this Naruto managed to get Sakura to eat more than what her parents gave her and surprisingly she never complained even once.
This is how Team Sevens' training went for the rest of the month. The first thing they did every morning, was meet up for breakfast and start light exercises before meeting up with their respective sensei's.
