What happens when you release an eldritch horror upon a town that's in a game based around very heavy topics?
You get Silent Hill, however let's say that town is based around the psychological horror omori?

Aubrey and Basil would be walking through the sewers as Aubrey would be shining a light forward for them
Basil: Aubrey where are we going?
Aubrey: To the local hospital, we are gettin' some medical supplies since we're startin' to run low
Basil: Wait isn't that in the city?
Aubrey: Correct, that's why we're going to the hospital through the sewers, it's safer down here than up there in all honesty
After walking for a few minutes they would eventually find a ladder that leads up to the back of the hospital, and after they sneak into the hospital they would notice that the lights would still be on strangely, which would cause both Basil and Aubrey to stay on guard
While walking through the hospital they would see many horrific sights, twisted experiments performed on people who seems to be dead, the hospital staff possibly have abandoned these individuals
Aubrey: poor bastaaaarrrrrrds.......
Trailing off she would see someone in a room that would look very familiar to her, a look of shear horror would appear on her face as she would grab her fire axe
Aubrey: Basil watch for anyone comin' alrigh'?
Basil would nod as Aubrey would use her fire axe to began to cut down the door, eventually Aubrey would break the lock and she would kick the door open and to both Basil's and Aubrey's horror they would see the still alive but horribly mutated and body of Kim
Aubrey: o-oh god....... Kim-
Aubrey would quickly turn her head and vomit onto the floor as Basil would just look at the mutated boy in sheer terror, Kim barely looked human anymore, they only recognized her by what little remains of her face, she looked like a machine that also looked like the creature from the aliens movie
They would both leave the room with Basil helping the pale looking Aubrey out of the room, eventually they would take a seat on two chairs that are within the hallway
Aubrey: I'll..... I'll make them pay for what they did too.... too.....
Basil: Aubrey you need to-
Aubrey: Calm down? Yeah now look where it got us too now, besides I shouldn't have-
She would then be stopped as they would hear metal feet slowly approaching them, with fight or flight response kicking in the would immediately hide in one of the several open hospital rooms
As they would wait while in hiding, they would seek mostly mechanical Kim walk past there hospital door humming happily
Kim: Come out Aubrey, I thought we were friends
Aubrey would be hear Kim's voice now sound more metallic and digital, she didn't know if Kim even remembered Aubrey fully and how they were friends or..... How she-
Kim: FOUND YA
Aubrey would only have a few seconds to react as she was discovered, she narrowly dodged the drill that was attached to Kim's left arm, replacing her left hand
Aubrey would quickly grab her fire axe and quickly defend herself, but as Kim tried to swing at Aubrey, her hand would be tied up in plant veins and would be held back which gave Aubrey enough time to try and cut off the left arm, but her axe seems to do nothing against the thick armor that's on Kim
Aubrey: The 'ell-
Then she would be punched in the face by the other free arm of Kim, she would be sent flying into on of the room, Basil quickly ran past Kim and got Aubrey up
Kim: Well well well! Looks like the flower boy is helping the traitor now-
However Aubrey and Basil got a stroke of good luck as Aubrey would find a strange looking gun in the hand of a dead person

She would get the gun and would aim it at Kim, she would take a deep breath
Aubrey: I'm sorry old friend
And with that, she would pull the trigger, a loud bang would echo through the halls of the hospital and right in front of them, lied a very dead Kim, Aubrey would quickly put the weapon in her backpack with the barrel sticking out of it and grab Basil's hand
Aubrey: let's get going, I've already seen enough of this place
Basil: alright, wait what about-
Aubrey: forget the supplies, we got to get going now
And with that they would quickly run to the sewers and take that way all the way back to faraway town, and as they would enter the house they would have a surprise look on there face as they would see both Mari and sunny on the front room couch, only Sunny's face was back to normal somehow....
