Aira returns home from a full day of classes just as Ema is changing into her sneakers.

Unlike Aira, who spent the whole day on her studies, Ema seems to have spent the whole day sleeping and is now in the mood for some snacks from the convenience store.

"I'm off."
"Okay, take care."

After seeing her off, Aira starts changing into her loungewear.

She puts the navy knit and her winter sailor uniform on a hanger.

After she finished changing into her casual loungewear, Aira begins filling the fridge with the food she bought on her way home from school.

"...If I make stew, will she have any?"

They said they would each handle their own meals, but sometimes they sit around the dining table together.

No matter what she makes, Ema always calls it delicious so cooking is quite worthwhile.

Ema handles not only all the food expenses but the utility bill as well.
Aira's parents will be thanking her for this later, but Aira still feels guilty.

If Ema doesn't want any tonight, then Aira can just eat the rest the next morning. She takes out the ingredients and shuts the fridge door.

Suddenly, she hears the sound of a door opening coming from the entrance.

"Eh...?"

She thought for sure that was Ema returning from the convenience store, but the person who enters the apartment is a woman she has never seen before.

She's pretty and a few centimeters taller than Aira.
She looks to be around the same age as Ema.

Unable to comprehend the situation, Aira is at a loss for words and the woman also seems confused after noticing Aira.

"Hm? Where's Ema?"
"She's out right now..."
"I see..."

The woman begins taking off her autumn outerwear. She doesn't seem to have any intentions of leaving.

The woman has the room key to this apartment in her hand, so she probably has some connection to Ema.

The most obvious assumption is that she has some kind of intimate relationship with Ema, but Ema has told Aira that she doesn't have a girlfriend.

Unable to come up with a convincing conclusion, Aira remains puzzled. The woman looks at her and grins.

"Mind if I wait here until Ema gets back?"

Without waiting for a reply, the woman sits down on the sofa in the living room.

"In that case, I'll go to another room..."
"Wait."

The woman beckons Aira to come closer and then grabs her hand.

"Sit down."
"Eh...?"
"There's something I want to talk to you about."

The woman pulls Aira's hand and Aira sits down, partly due to being forced to.

Aira ends up right next to the woman as the woman inspects her closely.

Aira has no idea what the woman is thinking, but this situation is eerie.

"You're really cute."
"Um, thanks..."
"Are you a university student? After you came along, Ema broke things off with all her sex friends."
"Eh..."

Before Aira could even have time to get surprised at those words, she gets pushed down on the sofa.

Immediately after, the woman gets on top of Aira, causing Aira to instinctively feel a sense of terror.
