Season 1 Episode 5: Escape from Robotnik's Prison

After Sonic's unexpected fall through the trapdoor, he finds himself waking up in a dimly lit prison cell. The stale air and the sound of machinery echo through the cold metal walls. Sonic slowly regains his senses and realizes that he is chained up, unable to move freely.

To his surprise, he notices two other figures chained up in the same cell as him. One is a strong and resilient Armadillo named Mighty, and the other is a nimble and energetic Flying Squirrel named Ray. Both characters seem equally determined to escape their captivity and put an end to Robotnik's plans.

Sonic:(Waking up) Ugh where am I?

Mighty: we're inside one of the doctor's prison cells, I believe one of those robots called this island the Veg-O-Fortress or whatever.

Sonic: "Looks like we're all in the same boat then huh? I'm Sonic, the fastest thing alive. Nice to meet you.

Mighty: "Yeah, nice to meet you too. Shame it has to be under these circumstances though. me and my pal there have been stuck in this place for who knows how long. I'm Mighty the Armadillo, by the way. Not that it matters much now."

Ray: "Hello! I'm Ray the Flying Squirrel. Glad to have some company in this dreary place."

Sonic: any ideas of how we can get out of this place?

Mighty: forget it, me and Ray have been trying for weeks, those robots catch us every time.

Sonic: you mean those badniks? 

Right as Sonic said that a Swat-Bot bangs it's blaster on the cell walls.

Swat-Bot: keep it down in there.

Sonic: "Oh, you think you can keep us locked up forever, huh? Well, think again! We're not gonna sit idly by while Robotnik carries out his plans."

Ray: "Yeah! We've got strength, speed, and determination on our side, you robots are going to be sorry when we get out!"

Swat-Bot: Quite or no supper.

The Swat-bot moves aside and enters are 3 badniks, a giant rooster-looking robot, a small robot with two drills on his hands and one on his face as well as a monkey-looking robot.

Scratch: Hahahahaaaaaaaaaaa! you must be that blue hedgehog the boss said to not let escape no matter what?

Grounder: We're sure to get that promotion after this one that's for sure!

Coconuts: You three are going to be here for a long time! so get comfy boys!

Sonic: pff in your dreams!

Sonic performs a swift spin dash, breaking free from the chains and launching himself directly at Scratch. The impact sends Scratch hurtling into the other robots, momentarily stunning them,Mighty uses his incredible strength to break his own chains, quickly making his way over to his little buddy Ray break the chains and seting him free as well.

Mighty: guess where doing this again.

Sonic: You bet we are! It's time to show these badniks what we're made of!

Mighty: im usaly a pacifist butafter being stuck here for so long,  im more then happy to trash these robots for keeping me and Ray here for so long. 

The three waist no time and make a quick dash out of the cell, Coconuts gets up and quickly makes his way to a an intercom.

Coconuts: "Attention! Attention! Prisoners have escaped from Cell Block B! Repeat, prisoners have escaped! All units, converge on their location immediately!"

The alarm blares throughout the Veg-O-Fortress as Sonic, Mighty, and Ray race through the dimly lit corridors, dodging security cameras and avoiding patrolling badniks. Their escape plan relies on their agility, speed, and teamwork.
