Chapter 20 Final Training.

It was time to train for one last time. Play music.

Sun: come on, child, he ain't gonna let up.

Delilah and beartic were focusing on the cans; aiming beartics ice beam and it managed to hit all 6 cans.

Sun: good job, Delilah, how did you manage to get good aim?

Delilah: i think about how to control it, and how to not over think the aim. I use a metaphor; an egg exploding in the micorwave.

Sun: okay, that's kinda lame, but okay. Whatever floats your boat. Now for the next part of your training.

Sun shows delilah an obstacle course.

Sun: you and beartic will run this course and get a perfect score of under 10 minutes. Your time starts.......now.

Delilah and beartic sprinted at the  obstacle course. They were almost perfect. The two seemed to be moving fast and agile. Sun was more an impressed. After she ran the course; sun clapped and showed her the time.

Sun: impressive, you got a decent score. About 8 minutes and 14 seconds. Good job! 

Delilah gets up and wipes the sweat from her face. Sun hands her some water to drink.

Sun: time for the next part, you have to train your team mates.

Delilah brings out the pokemon she's going to use.

Zekrom: it is good to see you again, chosen one.

Sun: i thank you for your comment, zekrom, but you serve my daughter now.

Zekrom bows to Delilah.

Zekrom: with honor and pride. I shall serve you; as a token of my gratitude for what your father did for me.

Delilah pets zekrom on the nose.

Delilah: come on, lets get the training.

For the next 3 days.

Delilah and her pokemon were training hard to level up. The level cap is 80; any pokemon who wants enter the tourment has to have their pokemon at a very high level.

Sun: come on! Show me what you're made of! Make your father proud. One, two, three, four! One, two, three, four! 

Delilah and her pokemon were doing lots of cardio workouts. Delilah seemed to be getting less tired every single time. Her focus is on beating Swift Austin.

Sun: that's an order, private! Now drop down and give me 40 burpees now!

Delilah and her team did some of the most hardest and intense workouts ever. Waking up early everyday to be in the cold water in the morning. Making them stronger; combined that with the heat during the day.

Sun: time to spar. You have to get your reps in, private! 

Delilah uses her charmander. Sun uses his lycanroc. They both were checking eachother up; sizing themselves up. Their sparing match was long and unsettling; consider the fact the charmader was still just a baby.

Delilah: push harder, charmander! 

Charmader uses dragon rage and hit lycanroc.

Sun: counter that with brick break!
