Swift Austin: hey kid, you know this type of thing isn't for you. You should retire and live a good and normal life. You're not that strong, you won't make it. You'll just be living in the shadow of your father and nothing more.

On the sidelines.

Delilah than feels the power within her chest. Her wristband she was wearing her fathers old Z ring band. The Z ring band started to sparkle and spark. After many years of not being in use, it's time for Delilah to use it.

Delilah than preforms the dance move that allows the lycanroc to gain a whole boost of power. Lycanroc howls and feels like he is 20 years younger again. Lycanroc howls as the ground starts to shake and giant sharp rocks erupt from the ground. Delilah than clamps her hands together.
Delilah: splintered stormshards!
Lycanroc than flies onto the moon light. The glow shines upon its body as the sharp rocks aim at the roaring moon.

The move was so strong that everyone had to hang on. Lycanroc does a back flip and beartic grabs lycanroc.
Lycanroc: AGGHHHHHHH!
the dust subsided and the moment it did, roaring moon fainted.
Announcer: roaring moon is unable to battle; lycanroc and beartic win!

On the side lines, sun watches and smiles. Everyone was so happy to see Delilah win. Delilah gets a hug from lycanroc and beartic. She kisses the both of them.
Announcer: here is your winner and NEW johto and kalos champion! Delilah veeling!
Delilah was than lifted up by her beartic. Lycanroc howls in victory. Swift Austin was is disbelief that she was able to beat him. He mouthed no way.
Announcer: oh wow, that kid is not half bad.

At the award ceremony.
Delilah and lycanroc and beartic were on their way, but she stopped to greet her family. She was met with a smile from her father.
Sun: you really got a lot of stuff, child.
Delilah: thanks dad, here's your lycanroc back.
Lycanroc walks back to sun; sore and tired. Sun than hugs Delilah. Delilah cries happy tears in her father chest.
Lillie: I'm so proud of you, baby girl. I always believed in you!
Delilah was so happy to achieve her gola and maintain her families honor.
Gladion: so what next, sun? We heading back to alola?
Sun: not just yet. I need to do some father daughter bonding.
Delilah didn't know what that meant, but she knows that it'll probably be important.
At the award ceremony.
Joyce was given 3rd place and Swift Austin was given 2nd place. Pretty much after this fight, they both became a laughing stalk. Natalie than hands Delilah a golden trophy. She told up the trophy with such pride. Beartic lifts her up once again.

Delilah: it's been an honor to battle with many trainers. I never thought I would be standing before you tonight. There's only one person I can think for all this, and that is my father the one and only Sun. I have many things to give to my family, and if it wasn't for their support I don't think I would have made it. Coming into this battle, I am so glad that everyone here was now on my side. If I can change and you can change anyone can change!
The crowd cheers as Delilah was then put back to the ground. Delilah kisses her beartic.
Beartic: i can't believe we won. I knew we could do it.

Beartic: i love you too, Delilah. I hope we can remain champions for a good long while.
Beatic and Delilah wave to the people. The night goes on with such pride and music. People asking autographs and pictures and all sorts of things that celebrities get nowadays. Of course the lottery did not let it get to her head. She would always remember where she came from.
Delilah: *thank you grandpa, i am so happy that you gave me a fighting chance.*
She looks up into the star lit sky. She saw her grandpa's smiling face. His face was formed by stars. He winks as he disappears onto the night sky. Delilahs eyes lingered.
