This book is written in First Person Perspective and also Third Person Perspective, at the top of each chapter it will let you know so don't worry :)
The Evergreen family are wealthy, one of the sacred 28 to put it into perspective. The family only has two children, and that consists of Allison Evergreen and Jake Evergreen.
Allison managed to get kicked out of Beauxbatons, the French wizarding school, which ultimately made her attend Hogwarts school for witchcraft and wizardry.
The two siblings are twins and are starting their sixth year together, of course Allison knows other members of the sacred 28 she was raised in that lifestyle, but that all the people she knows when going to Hogwarts and that really isn't many.
Just like all other Sacred 28 families, the Evergreens have all been in Slytherin for centuries, and Allison will not be an exception.
Her father is rather well known as he is the minister of magic, while their mother works in the department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. This is very unusual for Pureblood families and as old fashioned they are, the family need to stay with good press.
