AN: My best girl, Wiz should've had her original introduction like in the manga and LN so here it is!

Although it may seem like this chapter takes place in Episode 4 of the anime. It's actually a mix between Chapter 3 of the manga, and Volume 1's Chapter 2 Part 5 of the LN.

Thanks to the cabbage harvesting quest, I managed to rise three levels so I am currently level ten and acquired a lot of skill points. It seems that not only were the cabbages worth a lot in monetary value but they also contain a lot of XP, so adventurers could easily raise their levels of their harvested enough cabbages.

With my rise in levels, I unlocked a variety of skills I could pick and choose from. Since Aqua didn't have the smarts to keep herself off the frontlines, and Megumin becoming immobile after one spell, I decided to evenly pick between support spells and offensive spells.

I've also had to register Kurotsuchi as my famiar and the process was similar to what Kazum, Aqua and I did ourselves.

Kurotsuchi was a mere baby slime who was born about two weeks ago, and a mineral-type according to Luna. His stats are rather high with the highest ones being his magical power and vitality, his average stats being his strength, dexterity and agility and his lowest stat being luck (but not Aqua-low). Basically his stats would immediately make him eligible to be an Archwizard, Warrior and Ranger if he wanted to.

The familiar card was similar to an adventurer's card, with the addition that it is somewhat connected to the master's. One example is that a master and their familiar's skill points can be interchangeable. Either the master can use their own skill points to have their familiar learn skills, or they can use the familiar's skill points so that they themselves can learn skills. Since I have plenty of skill points and skills, I won't be needing that feature and would probably use my skill points for Kurotsuchi's sake. After feeding the slime XP-rich cabbages, I managed to get him to level two and had him acquire the Stone Bullet. It wasn't much, but it's at least something.

Kazuma, on the other hand, had only gone up two levels and acquired two skill points so he managed get the One-Handed Sword skill and Elementary Magic skills thank to a Warrior and Wizard he befriended in the cabbage hunt.

After learning the skills, it was time for him to get himself some basic equipment. I decided to lend him some extra cash because if he just used the funds he designated for purchasing equipment, then all he'd get is new clothes and a weapon, but with the extra cash he can get some cheap yet durable equipment  such as leather chest armour, metal gauntlets and shin guards.

When we met up with Darkness and Megumin at the guild, they immediately commented on Kazuma's attire.

"Wow, I almost didn't recognize you." Darkness comments.

"Kazuma looks like a real adventurer now." Megumin adds.

"Wait, so did I look like a suspicious person all this time?" Kazuma questions her.

Of course, Aqua had to chirp in with a thinly veiled insult, "Of course, you did! Have you seen anyone around here dressed in a tracksuit? Now that you look normal, the qualifications for being in a party with Aqua-sama has finally been --"

"Create Water..." In a monotonous voice, Kazuma cuts the godess off by casting water magic to spray her with water.

"Kyaaa! What are you doing, hikiNEET?!" Aqua shrieks as she cringes at the uncomfortable feeling of her drenched clothes clinging to her body.
