I wasn't happy with the fact that Jerome got away with today's match. I knew that this is what I should have expected because of his prowess and I couldn't help but feel the need to be make him stay away from her. I knew that the more he lingers with his mate is the more he will try to fasten up the process. I won't want him to recover her powers under my watch. Things would be distractrous if he was to regain is powers. I felt my eyes round with shock as I watched the match. I couldn't close my open my mouth.

It came as a huge shock to me and all I could think of was the dangers that come with her being with him. I knew things won't go as I have always wanted but there is no way I'm accepting that. Things would fall my way and there is no one who would stop me from achieving my aim, and the most important things is that I have what I want in the end. I couldn't help but think of a way to stop her. It was like there is something holding me from getting things done my way.

I felt like there is someone who was backing him out there. I knew that there is no way he would have been thks great without anybody's help and I knew it must be coming from Erica. I knew that Erica would go to extreme end to get him ready for tomorrow's match, I knew that he might lose the fight but what he has train himself for won't leave his mind. He won't forget all this, and might want to get back on his feet to fight for his mate. I knew that if he was to face us with determination then there will be no one who will be able to stop him.

I knew that I will have to do all the things needed for him to lose in tomorrow's fight. I was starting think that Erica knew of his strength and identity and that's why she was confident in the first place that he will win the duel. I knew that things will be drastic if she was to know, and I knew with no doubt that she was aware already. I couldn't help but wonder why the moon goddess has paired her with him. It would have been better if she was not a good figure in the werewolf world. I regretted not killing him the night I dropped him off at his pack. I couldn't help but feel the need to go back in time.

I would have been able to correct my mistakes. I knew if I had killed him then there will be no way he would b entangled with Erica. I felt like the mistake u made years ago is coming to hurt me but I wasn't going to let that happen. I won't give him a chance to make that happen. He will be shock and surprise with what I have for him. He won't be expecting it.

"Send for alpha Ryder," I said to the guard who was stationed at the front of my door. I'm here in my room in Erica's pack, the duel for the day was over and I knew for sure that Erica would have been training him for tomorrow's duel and I knew with no doubt that this would be more fun.

I will make sure that Erica and her mate are humiliated. I knew that things things might go wrong with the look of things but I have no intention of giving up. I would rather find ways to scramble through it than give up what I have in stock for him. I was not going to give up what I have started for years. I would make sure that my wish comes true and that he remains just as an Omega.

I heard a knock on the door and I knew with no doubt that the person at the door was Ryder. I was glad that he was able to come here as quickly as he can, and I knew that it was the fear of me being a council member. I knew that no one would be able to defile my order. I knew that's why Erica had accepted to let the duel take place, she bargained with me days later saying that if the duel is to take place then it must be in her pack. I wasn't going to allow that to happen but she managed to convince me and I knew that I should give her what she wanted.

I knew that giving in to her demands might be useful for me. I knew that things might get turned back on us and I will have to find ways out of it. I knew that the chance of things getting shitty is ninety five percent but now the chances are increasing and I must say his powers were being triggered.

"Come in," I replied and the door opened and Alpha Ryder walked in with his head bowed.

"Good..." alpha Ryder was saying when I cut him short.

"I don't call you here for chit chats," I said with a pause while staring at him authoritatively.

"I want you to win in tomorrow's duel, I will give you something in return, I hate his presence here in this pack, and how will he be able to lead this pack as an omega, this pack who is considered as the strongest of all pack in the country will return to nothing but weak," I replied.

"I will win against him in the duel, you should be rest assured" said Ryder and I stared at him with a chuckle. I knew with no doubt that if he knew how strong he was, if his powers were triggered then he would be afraid of the impossible happening tomorrow. I knew that I would have to flow with things if it turned out to be what I hadn't expected at all.

"You shouldn't let your guard down, he won against the other Alpha and he was able to save them, he was underestimated and that made things easier but I won't want that from you. I will make sure he disappears from this pack the moment he loses the duel, and he won't appear in your life anymore," I said and I stared at his face while trying to find out if he had any objections.

"He will be defeated tomorrow with no doubt and he is going to be disgraced," Alpha Ryder said.
