It was midnight at Malfoy Manor. Voldemort was sitting on a comfortable chair in front of the fireplace. His pet snake, Nagini, was curled up by the chair. Lucius Malfoy walked skittishly toward him.
"What is it, Lucius?", said Voldemort who didn't even turn his head.
"My lord," said Lucius. "Do you think we should send a few of our own to see if Draco and his party are doing all right?" The dark lord looked at him with a disappointed gaze.
"Do you not believe in him, Lucius?" He stood up. "If Draco was my son, I would expect much discipline and persistence from him, especially after your little fiasco in the Department of Mysteries." Lucius lowered his head and recounted how he failed to obtain a small glass orb containing a prophecy that foretold the defeat of Lord Voldemort by Harry Potter. Peter Pettigrew, a fearful servant to the dark lord, walked in with a copy of that day's Daily Prophet newspaper. Even though Pettigrew was in his mid-thirties, he looked like a short, middle-aged rat. His clothes were battered. He had a silver right hand that was given to him by Voldemort after he cut off his own to bring the dark lord back to full power.
"My lord," he whispered.
"What is it, Wormtail?", said Voldemort irritably. Pettigrew handed Voldemort the newspaper. The headline read: "WIZARDING WORLD AND EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL LIFE REVEALED TO THE MUGGLE WORLD!". It showed moving pictures of Draco being escorted by Moody into a prison carriage driven by two thestrals, which could only be seen by someone who witnessed death. Aurors, law enforcement in the Wizarding World, were using spells to remove debris from the streets and fix broken buildings, and a group picture of the team together was featured at the bottom of the page. The newspaper revealed that two Death Eaters were found dead and the rest were arrested. It also said that after an emergency trial, Draco and his cohorts would serve a life sentence in Azkaban prison. Lucius read the newspaper along with Voldemort.
"Draco," Lucius quivered. Voldemort crushed the newspaper and threw it into the fireplace.
"Should we assemble a rescue party?", asked Lucius worriedly.
"No," responded the dark lord. "There's one quality you and your son share, Lucius: the tendency to fail. I should've left you in Azkaban for longer than just a year. I shall correct that mistake with Draco." Lucius felt the biggest pit in his stomach he had ever felt. Crash! The noise came from outside. Voldemort, Lucius, and Pettigrew hurriedly walked out of the manor to the left field. Starscream in his jet form was laying there with a trail of crushed ground behind him. Pettigrew and Lucius drew their wands. Starscream transformed.
"Who are you?", asked Pettigrew. Starscream noticed that these wizards had a very similar wardrobe to the Death Eaters.
"I am Starscream. Who are you?" Voldemort stepped toward the Decepticon.
"I am Lord Voldemort."
"Of course!", Starscream remembered. "Draco Malfoy told me and Megatron about you." Voldemort grinned.
"I see," said the dark lord. "Would you like to join us, Starscream? I am planning to have an army that is more than just Death Eaters. It will take a few years, but I'm sure you will make a fine addition." Starscream chuckled in eagerness.
"Yes. I'm sure this will be much better than working with Decepticons. Megatron was always pompous and stupid."
Voldemort was feeling very optimistic. He had big plans for the future.
