(Y/N) and Luka have been eagerly preparing for the moment when they can introduce their new puppy to their twins, Melody and Harmony.
They want to ensure that the introduction is smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved.
The week felt like an eternity. And while they waited for the puppy to arrive, (Y/N) made sure that the house was puppy-proof.
The pair bought essentials for the puppy, a bed, some bath essentials, its own food and medication.
They even bought unnecessary stuff that the puppy wouldn't need for the meantime, such as a ball launcher which Luka found amusing.
"Are you sure the puppy is going to play with that- Or is it a toy for yourself?" (Y/N) deadpanned at her husband.
Luka merely shrugged, not sparing her even a glance as he anticipates the little machine as it throws the ball up high.
(Y/N) and Luka are filled with excitement as they introduce their new puppy to their twins, Melody and Harmony.
The day finally arrived, and the puppy patiently waited at the door with a worker trailing behind him.
"AHHHH HES HERE!!!"
(Y/N) and Luka greeted the puppy with a warm welcome, immediately scooping him in their arms to gawk at and cuddle with.
It was as if they were given a different dog, but (Y/N) could never mistake those doe eyes staring up at her.
The once malnourished puppy was now vibrating with joy- It's once wet and matted fur now fluffy and shiny with healthiness radiating off him.
(Y/N) quickly rushes inside to further cuddle with the puppy, leaving Luka to thank the worker and apologize for his wife's behaviour all by himself.
They wanted to create a magical moment that would bring joy and excitement to their little ones.
The surprise? A new puppy to join their family. But before they could introduce the furry friend to their twins, there was much work to be done.
Melody and Harmony were out of the house, spending their weekend with their Grandma Anarka and their aunt's Juleka and Rose.
They'll be back in a few hours, which was more than enough time to fix up the place.
Luka and (Y/N) decided to fix up their house, transforming it into a puppy paradise.
They wanted the space to be safe, comfortable, and filled with love. Every spare moment they had, they dedicated to preparing their home.
First, they focused on creating a cozy corner for the puppy. They painted the walls a soft and soothing color, hung up colorful pictures of dogs, and set up a comfy dog bed with fluffy pillows.
They also made sure to install baby gates in strategic places to keep the puppy contained in certain areas until it got used to the house.
Next, they turned their attention to the backyard. They wanted a safe and secure space where the puppy could play and explore. Luka and (Y/N) fixed up the fence a bit, ensuring there were no gaps or loose boards.
They also removed any toxic plants and created a designated area for the puppy to do its business, complete with fresh grass and a small doggie door for easy access.
To make the surprise even more special, Luka and (Y/N) decided to decorate the house with puppy-themed banners, streamers, and balloons.
They hung up pictures of different dog breeds and made paw print cutouts to scatter around the house.
