We cannot go, we cannot go,
To see dandelions in the snow.
There are no wishes in the snow,
Not one, we can put our lips to and blow.
You cannot see them fly,
Sing, dance across the sky,
Land in a distant land,
Or hold them in the palm of your hand.
Let us plant dandelions in the snow,
Like a flower bed, soft and low,
Where dreams are true,
And we can love as we do.
They couldn't stop you, my love,
They couldn't stop us,sweet love
If only we could grow,
Dandelions in the snow.
