Short Story- Soundwave Loses His Memory

Soundwave, the loyal Decepticon soldier, was on a mission with his team to retrieve a powerful relic from a distant planet. The relic was said to have the power to grant immortality to those who possessed it. The mission went awry when an unexpected burst of energy from the relic hit Soundwave, causing him to lose his memories completely.

Shockwave, the logical and calculating scientist of the Decepticons, immediately brought Soundwave back to the ship for analysis. He discovered that the relic had scrambled Soundwave's memory banks and erased all of his previous memories of being Soundwave.

The only thing Soundwave remembered was the name "Ace", his original name before he became Soundwave. Shockwave quickly began working on repairing the relic, hoping to reverse the effects and restore Soundwave's memories. However, just as he was nearing completion, the relic shattered into millions of pieces, leaving both Soundwave and Shockwave completely hopeless.

With Soundwave now lost and suffering from amnesia, the Decepticons were quickly thrown into chaos. They couldn't rely on Soundwave's famed loyalty and expert tactics since he no longer knew who he was or what he was fighting for. Megatron, ever the calculating leader, sent his team on a mission to find a way to restore Soundwave's memories.

Eventually, they came across a planet that was rumored to have a device that could restore lost memories. With no other options, the Decepticons ventured to the planet and found the device. Shockwave eagerly applied the device to Soundwave, hoping it would restore his memory. It was a success, and Soundwave's memories flooded back to him in a rush.

With his memories restored, Soundwave quickly took back his position as Megatron's most trusted soldier. He was once again an unstoppable force on the battlefield, able to use all of his unique abilities and tactics to bring victory to the Decepticons. But deep down, he never forgot that he was once known as Ace, and the memory of that name stayed with him long after the chaos had ended.
