Destiny [on hold]

Hi guys! Look who's still alive and kicking lol \(^▽^)/

It's been a while huh? Time sure flew by since we last saw each other. I hope everyone's been doing well ('▽')ﾉ

As you can see, this is, unfortunately, not a new update

Seven long months have passed since the last update, and after much thinking and consideration, I've decided to put this book on hold (ಥ_ಥ )

Right after posting the beginning of this book, I had a major writer's block and couldn't, for the life of me, get it to let go of my brain

It later got more affected in a negative way, and I completely lost my passion for writing. I tried everything I could think of to get back on track, but nothing was working

So, I decided to just let it be for some time, hoping it would naturally go away and I could go back to writing again.
It did go away eventually, but I still couldn't get myself to continue this book

I had so much inspiration and ideas for my other books, but for this book, my brain just wouldn't cooperate. I later realized that some of the negativity I had during my writer's block kinda affected my thought process for this book too

I think that, because of the constant pressure of knowing I had to post something but not being able to due to my writer's block, I subconsciously associated my stress with this book and I grew to unintentionally dislike it

I know the plot of this book just barely began, but I had so many plans for it which I now can't bring myself to put to realization

So, for now, this book will be put on hold. I don't know what the future holds, and I might decide to take it down after all, but for now this is the current situation

I actually did originally plan on putting the book back in my drafts, but ultimately decided to keep it posted in hopes of being able to continue to write it later in the future

I don't know when that might happen, but just know that I'm not completely giving up on this book. If it takes me completely rewriting it to finally be able to continue it, then that's what I'll do. But for now, I'll leave it like this

I hope you can understand and forgive me for this decision. It was the best solution I could come up with for now (ó︵ò)

On the bright side, I have a lil something cooking in my drafts which I'll hopefully be able to share with you guys some time during this year (୨୧ ❛ᴗ❛)✧

I don't want to rush it and get a repeat of the current situation, so I can't tell you exactly when I'll be able to post it. Just know that it's cooking and it will be served soon (~^ᴗ^)~
