I woke up early, five am to be exact. It was the beginning of my well put together schedule. At five I wake up and take a shower, then at six I eat breakfast and go to school. I get the at around six-thirty when all the teachers arrive. I go to the library and start my sophomore work for the day, the office always has my papers for sophomore classes. And once school officially starts I've finished most of it. I go about my regular schedule with mostly AP freshmen classes until lunch, that's when I meet up with Scott and Stiles.

We're sitting in the cafeteria and I'm listening to my music in on my way ear, and the other is tuned out of the current conversation between Scott and Stiles. They know I'm zoned out so they speak freely, but when I see the secret glances they pass my way ever so often to make sure I'm not listen I start to. I make it look like I'm reading the book in-front of me but I'm actually listening to them. They were saying stuff about last night, how apparently Scott got bit by something and now he can hear far away things. What is he, Spider-Man? I tune back into my music and book, nothing their saying is interesting enough to eavesdrop on.

Lacrosse practice.
The one place I get every ounce of pint up anger and aggression out of my system. I'd like to think I'm pretty good, even Jackass Jackson admits I'm decent. I'm usually goalie, since I have quick reflexes and I have a track record of only letting two to three balls past me during a game. It's mostly just physics, and I'm a fast thinker. Scott and Stiles on the other hand, they suck, not for lack of trying. Scott trains a lot and he's okay, but stiles is a straight klutz when it comes to the field. And really everywhere else. We have to tryout today, and I'm positive I'll be on the team.

We do our thing and Scott is abnormally good, like more than ever before. He's dodging people and scoring like crazy. Coach finally puts me at goalie and I'm determined to put Scott in his place. He's running towards me and I'm ready to catch the ball, he shoots and I know it has a lot of force by the way it's flying. It comes directly at my face and I manage to catch it before it makes contact. Coach cheers quite loudly, seemingly impressed with both of us. I'm just doing what I always do but with Scott's newfound speed I look a lot better at it.

We get done with tryouts and we both made the team, Stiles is on too but he'll mostly be on the bench like usual, me and Scott are walking when Jackson grabs him by the collar and nods at me to leave, normally I wouldn't let someone pick on my brother but with the look Scott gave me I knew he'd be okay. I start walking away and i faintly hear them talking but don't lay mind to it and just try to get out of there. I walk straight past Stiles and the jeep and just walk home. I don't really like being in cars, I'd much rather walk and get in some exercise plus take in the nature. It also gives me more time to think without having to hear Scott and Stiles blab the whole ride.

On my drive home I take a detour through the woods, in my environment science class we have to write about the wildlife around Beacon Hills. I figured now would be a good time so I could go home and finish it all in one night. As I'm walking through and taking in things to take about I stop in my tracks. A guy was standing a few hundred feet in-front of me with his arms crossed and a stoney expression on his face.

It's Derek Hale, he graduated while I was still in middle school. I only know of him because he was the only survivor of the Hale fire. While he was at school one afternoon his house burned down with all of his family inside of it. Only his uncle made it out but over half of his body was burned and he was diagnosed as brain dead. It was a tragedy. He coughed to get my attention since I was zoned out, "What are you doing here?" He asked. "In the woods? What's it to you?" I questioned back.

"You've crossed the line from the forest to my property. Who are you?" "Oh I didn't know that." I laughed nervously, "Emerson McCall.. Is my name." Okay awkward. I think he picked up on that being my name you idiot. "Mm well you best be getting back mini McCall." "Mini?" I asked. Does he know Scott? "Yea, you're Scott McCall's younger sister, right?" "Yea how to you know Scott?" He sighed and looked around, "Long story, something he should tell you. Just head home Emerson." I gave him a confused look before turning and walking away.

We've met Derek!! And we picked up on something being off with Scotty. Idrk if I wanna write out all of season 1 since it's kinda boring but I will if y'all want me to. Hope y'all liked this chapter!
