16) Horror and Snuggles (AshEiji)

Eiji gets Ash to watch a couple of horror movies, The Shining and The Poltergeist, but Ash will get something in return, and That's cuddles.

"Ash? Can we watch a couple of horror movies?" Eiji asked, holding up the copies of movies he rented.

"Huh? What movies did you get?"

"The Shining and The Poltergeist." Eiji placed a hand behind his head.

"These are five years old, haven't you seen them already?" Ash asked

"No, My mom wouldn't let me go watch them, since I was underage." Eiji shrugged, Ash rolled his eyes.

"Fine, I'll watch it with you."

"Ash, you don't have to if you don't want to."

"Eiji, I want to spend time with you alright?" Ash moved over to the couch. "Make some popcorn." Ash covered himself with a blanket. Ten minutes later Eiji came back with a bowl of popcorn. The boys put the movie in the VCR, and pressed play.

"What asshole forgot to rewind the tapes." Ash yelled at the tv.

"Looks like The Poltergeist is a popular movie." Eiji shrugged, rewinding the tape, once it was rewinded Eiji sat next to Ash onto the couch. Ash half laid on Eiji, smiling while eating the popcorn.

Once the bowl of popcorn finished, Eiji laid back agested the arm rest, and Ash happily laid on top of Eiji. Eiji's hands played with Ash's hair while they watched the movie.

"Eiji, couldn't you have chosen a scarier movie?" Ash complained like the seventeen year old he is.

"Fine, next time I'll rent, It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown." Eiji sassed.

"Don't you even dare." Ash pushed his body up, to glare at Eiji.

"The great Aslan, scared of pumpkins, the man who's killed people in cold blood." Eiji joked, laughing at Ash's pouting face. Ash laid his head back over Eiji's heart, continuing to pout.

"Ash?"

"Hmm?"

"Are you still pouting?"

"What do you think old man?" Ash glared at Eiji.

"Hey, I'm only a year older than you and you know it." Eiji poked Ash. "I'm sorry I joked about your fear of pumpkins. I genuinely think it's pretty cute." Eiji ruffled Ash's hair lovingly.

"Tch, it's not cute." Ash turnt where Eiji couldn't see his face.

"Ash, I want you to come back to Japan with me." Eiji moved to rub Ash's back. "I want you to know a life of love, not guns."

"I would love to." Ash smiled softly. "But I don't think Dino will let me leave that easily." Ash sighed. "But if I get the chance I'll go to Japan with you." Ash moved his arms to be around Eiji's body.

"Ash? You do know how much I love you right."

"How can a heart like yours, love a heart like mine." Ash asked softly, as if he didn't want to be heard.

"Ash, you were just a kid, you didn't deserve anything that has happened to you. You are so caring, you may threaten your boys but you treat them well." Eiji placed a soft kiss on Ash's forehead.

"You treat me so kindly and don't expect me to do anything in return." Ash smiled, Eiji is one of the only few men he's okay with touch from, he knows Eiji would never take advantage of him.

"Eiji? Can you close your eyes for a second, and trust me?" Ash asked.

"I trust you always." Eiji closed his eyes, Ash gently cupped the side of Eiji's face gently kissing his lips, Eiji kissed back with a smile. Once they pulled away, they stared into each other's eyes.

"I had to make that kiss up to you." Ash broke eye contact.

"You were my first kiss." Eiji blushed.

"You were my first by choice." Ash hugged Eiji, smiling.

"Hey can we switch positions? My back hurts."

"Yeah, sure old man." Ash stuck his tongue out, Eiji moved onto his side pulling Ash close to him.

"You're okay with this position right?" Eiji asked, Ash laughed.

"What scared I'm going to turn you on?" Ash laughed. "But yes I'm fine with it, I trust you." Ash smiled, Eiji wrapped his arms around Ash pulling him closer.

The two watched the end of the movie they had abandoned, Ash laid his head on Eiji's much smaller arms. He felt safe in these arms, like no one could ever hurt him ever again. He felt safe.

"Hey, don't be falling asleep on me, we still have another movie to watch." Eiji playfully shoved him.

"Eiji, I want to go to bed." Ash yawned.

"Alrigh-"

"Don't you dare think you're getting away from me this easily. You're sleeping in my bed, you're warm and I'm cold." Ash play threatened.

"And what will you do if I don't." Eiji asked

"I'll jump on you in your sleep, and drag you by your leg to my bed." Ash glared at him.

"Is this your way of asking for cuddles?"

"No, tch, no." Ash blushed, crossing his arms.

"Fine, let's go to bed." Eiji moved to stand, pressing pause on the movie before shutting it off. The boys got changed before Ash dragged Eiji into his bed. Ash moved closer to Eiji, allowing the older boy to hold him tightly. He held onto Eiji's shirt, their legs tangling together underneath the thin blanket covering the bed.

"Eiji?"

"Yes Ash?"

"I do love you."

"Well it's a good thing I love you too then." Eiji smiled, pulling Ash closer if that was even possible to shove his face into his hair. They laid in a comfortable silence, Ash's head was buried into Eiji's chest. The two fell asleep in each other's warm embrace, finally happy and comfortable.
