Severus woke up with a headache as he remembered everything what happened, his stomach immediately drop as he remembered every single thing that has happened last night and he feels that his about to vomit, so he went to the bathroom to ease the uncomfortable feeling and did his usual morning routine.

He's walking down the hallway as he saw you walking alone so he went towards you and grabbed your wrist

"Professor? do you need something?" you asked quite confused

"Im sorry about last night." he stated, feeling disgusted by his self

"huh?" you said softly, not really knowing which part he's apologising

"the way hugged you and made you.. sit on my lap." he cringed at the last sentence

"oh— its quite alright sir, I understand that you were drunk" you stated

"right.. It wont happen again Miss L/N" he said and you nodded

"is that all sir?" you questioned and he nodded and he immediately let go of your wrist as he realized he's still holding it

and so, you turn your heels and walked inside the great hall sitting with your friends as you eat your breakfast happily. On the other hand, Severus ate his breakfast miserably, still remembering what had happened and he feels so disgusted by himself for being drunk and doing the things that he shouldn't do

"Severus? dear, are you alright? you look rather.. miserable" Minerva asked him quite worry and he just nodded at the old witch and continued eating.

few moments gone by and he's walking in the hallway, going to his office as he saw you and a Hufflepuff boy standing face to face as he gave you a flower, which made Severus scoff, not in annoyance, not in irritation, but in jealously.

"foolish boy. doesn't even know her favourite flower." he thought to himself and he quickly realized what he's doing

"why do I feel so jealous.. I dont care about her or if she's dating anyone. stupid girl.." he said to himself once again, he's about to turn his heels to leave as he saw you shook your head and left, giving the boy a cold look, and he somehow felt relieved that you did that, and so he left feeling satisfied that you rejected the boy.

Its Defense against the dark arts time, you and Harry sat beside each other and Ron and Hermione together as you four waited for Professor Lupin since Professor Flitwick needs him for something.

"can't you believe it! he asked me to go on a date even though I made it CLEAR that Im not interested in him" you complained to the three of them as Harry chuckled

"Im betting that he wont stop until you say yes to him, I mean— he's been after you since bloody 3rd year!" Ron said as he also chuckled

"yeah very funny Ron, though, every boy literally wants to go on a date with Y/N, so it wont be a surprise if he wont stop" Hermoine said making you nodded

Professor Lupin arrived 5 minutes later and he taught about duelling and it made you feel very excited since you studied about it very early, so its quite easy for you to understand the lesson.

as the lesson finished you and the three others decided to hang out by the black lake since its a free period, and after that theres no more classes. you four were laughing and playing tag as you see Severus walking towards the four of you.

"Ms L/N. I need you in my office, now." he said as he turn to leave so you got up and grabbed your stuff as you bid your friends goodbye and walk beside Severus

as you both went inside the castle you couldn't help but ask him

"sir? what work will I be doing today?" you questioned so when you both reached his office you will start the work

"you can clean my Potion storage." he said and you nodded

as you both reach his office you dropped your bag on the couch and removed your school robe as he sat behind his desk finishing an important paper works as you began cleaning the storage.

after a few moments Severus broke the awkward silence as he began speaking

"Y/N.. how's your day?" Severus asked and you paused what you're doing

"well thats completely new.." you said to yourself as you continued cleaning the storage room

"its alright sir, my friends and I shared laughs and gossips" you replied and he nodded even though you can't see it

"how about you sir?" you questioned

"stressful.. those dunderheads gave me a migraine today." he said truthfully and you just chuckled

"its surprising that you managed to keep up with your works with a migraine, personally I cant do that" you said really enjoying the conversation you have with him

"Im a teacher Y/N, of course I can manage, plus I've been working here for years now, so Im used to it by now" He said as he smirked containing a chuckle

"right, by the way, other than being a teacher what work will you take" you asked and he put the quill on the ink pot as he leaned on the chair comfortably and crossed his arms against his chest and closed his eyes

"hmm.. I'd say I'll be a florist.." he replied and you let out a chuckle which made him rose his eyebrows

"florist? for real? damn" you said now laughing, his heart melts when you laughed, and he's proud to say that he's the reason why your laughing.

"why are you laughing? is there something wrong for being a florist?" he asked and you stopped laughing but still smiling

"no, no, its just that, I cant believe a strict Professor who always shout at students would work as a florist" you said continuing what you're doing

"I love flowers.. specially when its a rose flower" he said and you gasp

"really? I love roses too!" you said and he let out a hum

"enough about me.. what job will you take when you're older?" he asked

"I'll be an auror someday!" you said

"auror? why's that?"

"well, I want to be like my late grandmother, she's an auror too ya'know" he let out a hum again

"make sure that you'll be an auror someday Y/N, I think highly of you. dont let me down" he said and you cant help but to fall inlove with him again and again..
