The room was still and quiet, the only noise was the faint beep of a heart monitor, as the line traveled up and down.
"How is this one doing?" a doctor asked a nurse as they walked into the room.
"Ms. Glidden has internal injuries along with her external trauma," the nurse said as she walked up to Kaitlyn and checked her bandages. The doctor stood on the other side of the bed, his hair and eyes glowing purple as he used magical energy to check on Kaitlyn's internal injuries.
"Her internal injuries are going to heal on their own, she should wake in a few days. We have to go and check on the others," The doctor said as he walked out of the room with the nurse following behind him.
