CH02 : weird feeling

I hurried into school when I walked inside the voices were so loud, like I could barely hear a thing but my own voice which confused me. I was sweating and my clothes barely seemed to fit well either.
Nico hurried down the hall and somehow rammed himself into a locker by accident startling some other students, "Sorry, Sorry!" he quickly apologized.
I didn't even see him until he bumped into me which nearly knocked me off my feet, "Whoa, you okay?" I asked while turning to the person who revealed to be nico.
"[Name]! hey, yeah I'm okay." Nico replied, he seemed to be sweating...too? he was breathing heavily.
"Why are you sweating so much?" I asked, "Me? you're sweating too." Nico answered.
I just stared at him and the longer I stared into his eyes I could see a green..hue? like it was glowing. that's when I felt him place his hand on my shoulder.
"Hey." he said which made my eyebrows furrowed in confusion and I shook my head, "I'll see you around." I said.
It took nico a minute to process what I said before he realized, "Oh! see you." he said and I went to walk away.
I suddenly got yanked back by a rough force on my shirt making me yelp in surprise, "Hey- Nico can you let go?" I said and turned to him.
"It- it's not me. I didn't even touch your shirt I swear I didn't." Nico said and started panicking, I tried pulling back but my shirt felt like it was being yanked again.
"Nico let go." I said as i tried getting out his grasp, "I'm trying, think there's a little technical difficulty here." he said.
I placed my hand on his shirt too only to find out I couldn't move it either which made me surprised, "hey, what—? [Name] let go." he said while he tried getting out of my grasp this time.
"I- I can't? I don't know why." I said while trying to push off him, Nico tried moving his hand from my shirt resulting into me falling into him.
We locked eyes for a second before quickly pulling away from each other— or at least we tried to.
"Okay, I have a plan." Nico said and I glared at him, "Hallelujah!" I said through gritted teeth, a bunch of students were surrounding us.
"I'm gonna pull really hard, maybe that'll help our situation." Nico said with a nervous look, "Count to three, okay?"
"Okay." we both nodded to one another and we started counting.
