Lilian's POV:

"It has been a few days since Aleris tried to commit suicide, I've done everything I could to remove and kill those who spread the rumors and sent the death threats."

I thought to myself as I walked through the halls of the Aida mansion.

"The servant who greeted me at the door must have thought I knew where the waiting room was, well they were certainly wrong" I thought as I sighed

I was not very good at remembering directions, especially since I've only been here twice. Today was the second time

I walked these halls while my head hung low "those bastards...they dare spread hate and negativity about Aleris? And even send death threats to her? Oh I'll show them-" I thought to myself but my train of thoughts were ruined because of me bumping into someone which lead them to fall on the ground

"Oh my..gosh..why do I have to be so strong? Now I have to apologize..."

"Ah I'm very sor-!!" I held my hand out to the person I bumped into but when I saw them I was shock

"Ah you don't need to apologize, It's alright Lilian. It's my fault, I didn't watch where I was going" Aleris said

"Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh OH MY GOSH ALERIS?! CRAP I BUMPED INTO ALERIS? OH MY GOD"

"Oh no I'm so so sorry Aleris, here let me help you up" I said instantly as I saw that I had bumped into Aleris

Ever since I had met Aleris, I had fallen for her at first sight. And ever since she had found out that I was observing her, I had tried to make a good expression for her. To make up for the observing and to also make her...like me..

Aleris holds my hand and I help her up "oh my god...her hands feel so soft! GAH! SHES SO PRETTY IN WHAT SHES WEARING" I thought to myself as my inner self screamed and my outer self acted calm with a smile

"I do apologize Aleris, I wasn't watching where I was going.." "No no it's alright, I too wasn't watching where I was going" Aleris said with a soft smile

"GAH I LOVE HER SMILE SHES SO CUTE!" My heart was beating so so fast

"Oh..wait, what are you doing out of your room Aleris? I heard that you passed out earlier, shouldn't you be resting?" I asked, I had just remembered that from what Grand Duke Aida told me

"Ah yes, I passed out earlier but I'm alright now" Aleris said with a soft smile and a reassuring tone, but no matter how reassuring and genuine it was I still had mixed feelings

But I'll trust my future wife- friend..friend..yes friend...I'll trust my future friend...

"Alright then" I said as I nodded in agreement

"Ah right what are you doing out of the here in the hallway instead to the waiting room? I was gonna greet you but you weren't there" Aleris asked calmly but curiously

"GAH YOU HEARD THAT CUPID?! MY LOVE WAS GONNA GREET ME AHHHHHH IM SO HAPPY"

"Ah I...I got lost..heeh.." I said nervously as I rubbed the back of my head

I didn't want to tell her that but I couldn't lie to her..no no I couldn't...

"Ohhh I see, that's alright. Now c'mon! Father must be waiting for you" Aleris said as she took one of my hands and held it gently

"Oh..my..GOD SHES HOLDING MY HAND AGAIN OMG I HOPE MY HEART DOESN'T SEND VIBRATIONS CAUSE IT IS BEATING TOO FAST"

I thought to myself as my inner self screamed in joy but my outer self acted calm and followed Aleris.

Aleris's POV:

"See that Lilian? I just gave you a reward hehehehe" I thought to myself as my inner self laughed demon-like while my outer self kept a happy smile

We soon arrived at the waiting room in which where Luke, Ethan, and the Grand Duke were

"Why were they all here though?" I thought to myself as I scanned the room

Lilian bowed and greeted them "Grand Duke, young masters" she said in a polite and calm tone. The Grand Duke nodded in response

Lilian sat down on the couch across the three of them in the living room "I'll just leave you all here to talk then" I said as I bowed and turned around to leave.
