Aleris's POV:

I was now sitting under a big tree in the garden with a book on my hand, who knew that the original Aleris aka the villainess has good taste in books?

I thought that she was one of those girls that would be well-mannered and read books for education but no...she reads smut-

"Aleris?"

I got startled when someone called my name out of the blue, I almost threw my book at them but when I looked up at who it was it was the heroine

"Damm it Lilian?! Did you have to disturb my train of thoughts!!" I thought to myself as my inner self screamed in anger while my outer self closed the book and looked at her

"Ah hello Lilian, I'm sorry I didn't see you there" I said as I kept my calm self, She then sat down next to me under the tree on the soft grass

"It's alright Aleris, ah what are you reading?" She asked

"Oh I'm reading smut-"

"I'm reading a novel, it's a really nice one. I didn't get to finish reading it since...well..I've been locked up in my room and I was too shy and embarrassed to even ask for a book to read from the servants" I said as I lowered my head and looked at the book I had in hand

Lilian's POV:

Since the the meeting with the grand Duke and young masters were over, I went to where me and Aleris used to meet up everyday before the incident.

When I got there I saw her, my love...

"Ah...her beauty really can be hidden..even in that shade, I can still see her beauty from afar.." I thought to my self

I walked up to her and it seems like she didn't notice me

I called her "Aleris?"

She got startled and panicked for a bit, when she saw me she calmed down

I chuckled quietly "my love is so easily startled and so cute..."

"Ah hello Lilian, I'm sorry I didn't see you there" She said calmly

"Even if you were startled by me my love, you still kept your calm demeanor with me...if it was someone else they would have already scolded me for startling them..."

she sighs

"....my love..you truly are my saint...and mine alone"

"It's alright Aleris, ah what are you reading?" I asked her, back when we used to meet up everyday in the garden. When I see, she was always reading a book while waiting for me. It got me curious now...

what types of books does she like to read?

"I'm reading a novel, it's a really nice one. I didn't get to finish reading it since...well..I've been locked up in my room and I was too shy and embarrassed to even ask for a book to read from the servants" she said as looked at the book she had in hand

"My love..even if you try to hide it..I can still see you suffering on the inside.."
