CHAPTER 4

BTS was enjoying their two-day vacation by sleeping and resting. They had been working so hard for the concert that now they needed this rest, but at the back of their heads, they were excited about the show they were going to do. Why you ask, BTS loves interacting with the armies like this; one reason is that they love their fans, while the other is that they feel loved when they are with their fans.

The night before the Variety show, they met with the director and the important crew with their manager. They were all sitting in their company building meeting room, and the director started briefing them about the show.

"So this variety show is basically showing the audience the army behind the worldwide group BTS. Well, you guys will be really proud to know that your army is a talented one, and some of them have done something great for humanity, and you are meeting the mixture of both tomorrow. These armies are immensely talented and perfect examples of great human beings. They have won tons of awards, participated in and won worldwide competitions, and brought glory to Korea. They are extremely talented dancers, but at the same time, they are owners of Borahae. I am sure you guys know a bit about Borahae, but let me tell you everything. Borahae is the world's biggest orphanage run and funded by your army. Millions of armies every year donate to this NGO as per their capabilities. The owners of Borahae also contribute all their prize money, or anything they earn, to Borahae, which they call their home. So this show is dedicated to these two people, Jeon Jungkook and Kim Yugyeom, the owners of Borahae, who have built all of this with their dreams and hard work."

Director Wang paused to look at the six boys, and the boys listened to all of this in awe; all in all, they were proud to have such a fandom, and their hearts were filled with warmth. Mr Wang gave a smile at their expressions and continued.

"So tomorrow, for the first episode, they will perform in front of you, and the audience will be more than pleased to see your honest reaction to the talented armies. We will also introduce them to the whole world as they both deserve all the love from the world. We will sign the contract tomorrow, but the main point is that you will have to shift from your dorm from the second episode. We will shoot the next episodes in Borahae; we want you guys to stay and have first-hand experience with the kids there. In the seven days, the kids of Borahae and you will be engaged in different activities. We will show our audience your interaction with the army owners, and the kids that we have heard are also all army because of their owners." Director Wang completed the briefings with a chuckle.

To say that the six boys were excited would be an understatement. Their eyes were glowing, and all of them had big smiles on their faces, but the happiest one of all was Kim Taehyung, he has got a soft spot for kids, and he was feeling his body filled with happiness after listening about their stay with them for a week.

"Mr Wang, it will be our pleasure to work on something like this. We are honoured to know that you have brought us an opportunity that will be precious for us." The leader of BTS said with a dimpled smile, and all the members agreed.

"So we talked to Mr Kim Yugyeom, one of the owners of Borahae, and he accepted our offer and is ready to shoot in the NGO, but he doesn't want cameramen and everything inside the NGO because kids will feel uncomfortable, so we are going to set up cameras in NGO and drowns can do the rest of the work plus he also requested that he wanted to keep it a surprise for his co-owner, Mr Jeon Jungkook, about you guys visiting them so Jungkook only knows about them performing in front of you, and Yugyeom has requested us to keep that in mind. If you are fine with all this, we can proceed to sign the contract from your side." Mr Wang completed with a smile and hopeful eyes.

Namjoon looked at the members locking his eyes with each one of them to confirm, and then he spoke, "We find the conditions reasonable and don't mind them, so we are ready to sign the contract." he completed with a big smile and brought his hand forward, and Mr Wang shook his hands with a smile.

With that, they concluded their meeting and went to their dorms; all of them were happy with what was coming tomorrow, and they were also really curious to meet the two boys; they were already looking up to them, proud that the boys were part of their fandom. With these thoughts in their minds, they drifted to dreamland.

The birds were chirping, spreading their melody in the quiet sky; this was their way of informing the sleeping heads about the sun that had risen, taking over the darkness and spreading its light over the sky, slowly lighting up the whole world and blessing them with the rays of sunshine. It was a pleasant and beautiful morning.

After hours of sun hovering in the sky, the six boys in the BTS dorm were finally up doing their morning routine, working out, taking a shower, eating their breakfast together in the dining room, and spending their time doing their stuff, which mainly was retaking a quick nap before the lunch, they ate their lunch again together laughing at each other's silliness and dumbness, deciding who was the dumbest among them but not getting a conclusion.

The clock struck four, and they got ready to reach the set. Once they reached the variety show set, they got their outfits, makeup and hair done and waited in their waiting room for the set to get ready. "I am really excited to meet them.", Jimin said while sitting on the couch, all his muscles relaxed. "We are going to see them soon, Chim. I am as excited as you", Taehyung replied to his best friend.

After five minutes, they were called to the set. The set had a stage on one side of the room, and on the other side, there were six sofa seats, the ones that are in the back of the movie theatre, the most cosy and comfortable ones. Cameras were set up at every corner of the room to capture the stage and the six boys sitting on the seats.

The boys took their seats, and after ten minutes, the lights and every detail on the set were getting cross-checked for no mistakes during shooting. Then the director ordered the lights to dim, and the six boys had all their attention on the stage before them. Then the stage curtains were dropped, and now the boys couldn't see the stage.

After a minute, the cameras were rolled. All the lights were turned off, and then slowly, curtains lifted, revealing a water-filled flat and colossal glass container. Its low boundaries were covered with glass on the four sides, and the whole container had smoke and water inside it. The single light around the stage lit up, focusing on the boy sitting inside it on one leg, an ethereal, beautiful boy in all black looking down.

Taehyung had all his focus on the boy. The boy had a well-built but small body. His thighs were thick, but his waist was thin; he had a sharp jaw and pale skin. But Taehyung just couldn't take his eyes away; he felt as if the boy was the only person present in the room, and Taehyung felt he was captivated by him.

Soon the song started, and the boy lifted his face, and Taehyung could swear this was the most beautiful face he had ever seen. He had big round doe eyes, a button nose, and thin but plum pink lips; his aura felt powerful as if his body was made to dance like that. He hit each beat perfectly, his legs and body moving with the song. That boy knew how to get all the attention to himself; the way he was turning and making swift moves effortlessly was a sight to see.

Taehyung could feel his heart beating so fast inside his chest. His eyes moved with every move of the boy. Then the boy took a final turn and landed on the floor, lying on it, taking deep breaths, and Taehyung finally released the breath that even he didn't know he was holding.
