2 weeks later...
At the Lucky Cat Cafe, it was midday when Aunt Cass closed the shop early. She was cooking some of Tadashi's favorite food in her kitchen, like spicy chicken wings and fried pork cutlets with other party foods for the welcoming party for Tadashi and Shinji. As she was cooking the house door opened to see Hiro and Tadashi's friends come in to help with the decorations for the party. "Hay Aunt C!" "Hey Cass!" "Good afternoon Mrs. Hamada!" "Hey Aunt Cass, I'm home!" they all called simultaneously as they went in and went to the Cafe to start decorating.
After hanging the last decorations, the welcome home banner, and gathering the food and drinks in the cafe, Tadashi in his black jacket and mask, Shinji, and Baymax entered the cafe door, alerting them with a loud bell from the door. "WELCOME HOME!" they screamed, bringing a big happy smile to Tadashi's face as he began to tear up, "I'm home," he said softly and gave his aunt and little brother a big warm hug which they hugged back. After a few minutes of hugging, the party was in full swing as sparkling apple juice was passed around and food was taken from their plates, they shared stories, and memories and caught up on what they'd been doing since Tadashi's absence (except for being a hero part).
As the night grew darker and the moon was almost high, it was time for the party to end. As Gogo, Fred, and Wasabi waved their goodbyes, Honey gave Tadashi a small kiss on the cheek before saying goodbye in which he kissed her forehead before letting him leave with his friends. After cleaning up the cafe for tomorrow, Aunt Cass directed Shinji to his room which he was thankful for. The room was spacious but not big which Shinji liked, and as he thanked Aunt Cass again for the last time, he slept soundly into the night not worrying about old hospital sheets. Meanwhile, the two brothers went up to their room on the top floor of the house where Tadashi was surprised that it didn't change one bit as he was expecting one big king-sized bed for Hiro alone, but it didn't as everything remained the same. 'Guess Hiro didn't want my side after all' he thought. Tadashi slumped, snuggled back into his bed, and was about to sleep when he saw Hiro at the right side of his bed asking if they could sleep together for the night to which he happily agreed.
As Hiro pulled close into his brother's semi-robotic body, he gazed awake into his brother's sleeping face, treasuring every sight of him from his metal wires to the slight freckles he just noticed on his brother's face. As he lay awake snuggled up into his brother's chest, his mind wandered elsewhere as his thoughts of the future clouded his mind not able to sleep, until his mind wandered back to the institute and what if his brother could return to the university. All the thoughts in his mind differed in opinion but decided not to stop for the night, sleep and worry about it tomorrow morning.

The next day...
It was a bright and early morning when suddenly Aunt Cass shouted from the kitchen to wake them up, "BOY'S IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP! HIRO YOU HAVE CLASS TODAY REMEMBER!" The boys were startled by their aunt's loud voice and groaned awake as they rubbed their eyes and prepared for the day ahead.
Fully clothed and awake, they rushed downstairs and to the dining table to eat their meals, and as they reached the last flight of stairs, they saw Shinji still in his pj's groggily eating his breakfast, while their aunt just placed their breakfast down as they sat down and greeted her with a good morning and a kiss on both cheeks. As they thanked the food and started eating, Hiro suddenly spoke up after swallowing his food. "So, Aunt Cass what would Tadashi do now that he's back?" as he said those words, the once lively table became awkwardly quiet as they all stopped and stared at him. "I mean he still needs to go to the institute, and he can't stay inside the café forever, and Shinji too." He explained as he was trying to make a point which he did, as Aunt Cass, Shinji, and Tadashi did not know what to do either. As they admitted that they had not thoroughly thought out the details yet, Aunt Cass spoke up with utter confidence of her semi-thought-out plan.
"Look I know it had been 12 hours since you both arrived, but I know when Hiro's right and you do still need to familiarize yourself with San Fransokyo again Tadashi, so how about this?" she offered, "I was thinking about speaking with Professor Grandville today about Tadashi and we can mask Tadashi as a transfer student, and as for Shinji I would have to go to city hall for adoption papers so that Shinji would join the family officially and enroll him to a proper school" she explained in which they all thought was a more possible and legal option. "But Aunt Cass wouldn't they all recognize me I mean I would have at least a picture or two on campus?" Tadashi questioned "Well yes, but they wouldn't if you have a new style" his aunt answered he felt slightly at ease until he remembered the last time his aunt styled him which went horribly wrong, Tadashi eyed his brother for help, which Hiro quickly understands what was happening in front of him as Aunt Cass was grinning with mischief and her eyes sparkled in inspiration as she eyed his brother.
"Um, Aunt Cass how about me and the Tadashi's friends handle the makeover?" Hiro said quickly, "What?! That's nonsense, I could do it I mean I did it before" his aunt retorted visibly happy about what happened last time, meanwhile the boys both cringed at the memory of it. "Yea, I'm with Hiro on this Aunt Cass" Tadashi said trying to ease a smile as they had gone back to eating breakfast.
