•Law - Rain and tea•

Yo. Hope my writing has gotten better. I don't think imma proof read this. It's 5:30 in the morning here :D

(So side note, for this story, you have a hobby and past time of growing tea plants and other smaller plants.)

     You had always liked the rain, thunder and lightning included. It calmed you. Kept your head level and your mind clear. It, however, also kept you awake.
    
     Which was now the case.

     You laid in bed, staring at the ceiling. The rain outside hit the docked submarine, creating a metallic sound.
     Law, your captain, had needed a few things at the island you we're currently docked at.
     And so, most of the crew had galavanted off into the busy town. But, because you didn't want anything, you stayed.

     Don't get me wrong, you regretted nothing. You loved your crew, but they could be a bit much sometimes. Very loud, very energetic, and very noisy.
     At some point, someone had figured out that you may or may not have a thing for the Surgeon of Death. You, to this day, still have no idea who figured it out.

     A knock on the door broke you out of your thoughts.
     "Who is it?"
     "Law."
     Your heart stuttered, "Come in, captain. Sorry, I didn't know it was you."
     Law opened the door and stepped into  the room. The low light exaggerated his tired eyes. He looked exhausted.
     "It's fine."
     "So uh, what can I do for you."
     "I need a tea."

     You frowned, "Not many of the plants can be picked. Not yet anyway."
     "Oh." He visibly deflated.
     "um, but i can probably figure something out hold on."

     You stood and began to rummage through a drawer of your side table.
     You took out the cup and the boiler(uh, teapot, idk, i've always said boiler instead) and a bowl to catch the falling leaves.
     Law watched as you walked over to your plants, picked up a pair of scissors and began to cut.
     You worked quickly as to not waste your captains time. But Law patiently stood, waiting. He even seemed a little awkward and nervous. He was always like this around you.

     "Here." You had cut the leaves, making a quick brew(no idea how tea works, just go with it).
     "Drowsy tea. Should get you to sleep 10 minutes after full cup is ingested. Should keep you asleep too."
     Law gently took the cup from you, before glancing down at you.

     "Thank you. For this and all the other times you've made me something like this. To help with sleep. Maybe I can take you out sometime to repay you?"

     You smiled widely at the tired man in front of you, "Ask me when your not about to fall over from tiredness. Than we'll see. But yeah I would love to go out with you sometime."

     Law smiled before thanking you again and leaving, softly closing the door behind him.

     You felt yourself buzz with excitement and anticipation. This was your DREAM. Your finally had your shot with your captain!

only took me 20 minutes to write. I kept changing the dialogue and what they did. Idk.
