Gaster POV

I internally sighed as I finished.  Undyne got up and picked me up.  She carried me like a sack of potatoes into a room I assumed was likely Papyrus's.  She set me down on the bed before she spoke "Do you understand me?"  I blinked before I nodded.  She looked confused before she asked another question "Are you really Gaster?  You helped Frisk."  The area around her hand glowed a bit.  Ignoring it I shook my head no.  "Are you someone else?" I nodded my head.  "Who?"  I blinked wondering if my speech skills in this life improved.  I immediately racked my brain for information.  I could easily remember the layout of my apartment, my career even that I bred snakes on the side and had a long running fantasy comic... but I couldn't remember my name or face. 

Undyne must have noticed because of what she said next "Can't remember?"  I nodded my head before I tried to speak "I ca emba much bout name e fa."  Undyne blinked before she replied "You sound like you're struggling with speech.  Do you want me to try and help to impress the others?"  I happily nodded as Undyne shot up.  "Don tel!"  Undyne looked down confused.  "You don't want the others to know you're not Gaster?" "I wan prove!"  Undyne blinked before she spoke "You want to prove it to them?"  I nodded quickly.  "Most people would take the easy route out but you want to prove your not."  She looked shocked before she beamed "I like your spunk kid!"

I smiled before I received the potato sack treatment this time I was carried into the living room where I saw that a documentary about the Spartan war techniques.  Undyne sat down next to me and began to watch.  At first she looked bored, than she was very very quickly grew in grossed in the documentary.  Enough so that when we reached the point where the Spartans lost the Battle of Thermopylae she flew into a rage and somehow threw a glowing purple spear into the TV.  We nearly immediately heard running and who I'm assuming is Chara shouting "Please tell me Undyne speared him!" Papyrus responded with a "Chara!  Please don't encourage Undyne!"  Undyne blinked as everybody ran in minus the black haired human, Frisk and Muffet. 

Torial was first.  She calmed down upon seeing the spear in the now very broken TV and my head peaking out of the walls of the blanket nest.  Papyrus was next and calmed down about me but freaked out from the TV being in shambles.  Chara immediately looked disappointed.  Asgore and Sans immediately relaxed as no one was hurt. Mettaton immediately walked away. The lizard lady, Alphys I think rushed over to me and picked me up.  I immediately began to squirm trying to get away.  Because she is still freaky!  "Dr. Gaster please calm down.  I am not here to hurt you, just remove you from danger."  Danger my ass!  Okay sounds like screaming is my best option.  I breathed in deep as I went still.  Alphys loosed her grip on me.  She looked down at me and began to speak before...

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

I immediately shut up when Asgore picked me up taking me away from the lizard lady.  Chara laughed at my antics against Alphys.  It's not my fault she's creepy, her glasses are always glowing.  I smiled and laughed as Asgore was so soft!  Asgore smiled happily before he spoke "Oh my, well you definitely aren't the Gaster I knew.  I don't think he's ever laughed, even when he was...". Chara cleared his throat "Remember Dad, He was never a baby.  Even before all my of this.  My earliest memories is him as an adult.  Any conception you have of him before you adopted me... is fake.  I'm not sure why he hasn't turned back into an adult yet but remember he's evil."

I blinked looking at Chara wondering a very simple question, what the fuck is going on?  I definitely don't know anything.  I need to learn what happened.  Also, I can be an adult?  I looked at Undyne and we made eye contact with each other.  Though it was completely an accident as she was avoiding eye contact with Papyrus who was in the middle of scolding Undyne about the broken TV.  We kept looking at each other and the others noticed.  Chara looked like they where about to speak when I sneezed.  It was a loud one based on how Papyrus jumped.  Sans looked at me before Undyne laughed.  Torial chuckled as well.  At that point exhaustion suddenly struck.  I closed my eyes as I curled up and fell asleep.

Some time later

I smiled as I opened my eyes stretching.  Quickly I found that I was in my crib.  I looked up and saw Sans.  Maybe I could try and stand?  I grabbed the bars and slowly got up.  I yelped when I stumbled and looked up.  I tried again when I saw Sans's eyes somehow literally sparkling with mini stars.  This time I managed to stand but, I knew the second I let go I would most likely trip and fall.  Sans shot up and dashed out of the room.  I watched the door for the few seconds it took for Undyne and Papyrus to burst into my room.  I immediately fell down from the shock.  But it didn't matter as Papyrus saw and scooped me up in a bear hug.

I yelped as he squeezed my ribs enough I wouldn't have been surprised if I broke several ribs before I was put back in the crib.  I looked up as Undyne spoke "Come on punk, try and stand up!"  I blinked before I grabbed the bars and stood up again.  I smiled as Undyne, Sans and Papyrus smiled back at me.  I smiled as I let go and immediately collapsed onto the bed satisfied with all that happened today.  Geez, the past two days have been a complete whirlwind... but I think I might like this life.  I closed my eyes and rolled over onto my stomach.
