The fact that none of Y'all picked up on what happened in the end of last chapter.

Gaster POV
I looked around shocked looking for the source of the voice. "Who said that?" Fear swirled in my soul as theories raced through my mind. I must have hit my head too hard. Head injuries can do weird stuff. I was completely alone and nothing looked out of place. I turned off the TV and walked back to the kitchen to get the sleepy gummies. The best way to deal with a head injury is to rest, and stay light on action. If I feel funny tomorrow I'll tell Papa. I grabbed the sleeping gummies. I grabbed my stool and quickly climbed up onto the counter and grabbed the gummy jar and took two. I popped them into my mouth and climbed down not bothering to put it back. I'll take the scolding from Mis. Torial. I walked into my room and climbed onto my bed and curled up feeling terrified as I covered myself with my sheets. I closed my eyes. Eventually after counting my breathes and slowing my mind I fell asleep. It was light and restless. I shivered feeling cold and every time I would come close to waking up I would freeze feeling a weight on my chest. Something heavy and not comfortable, as if it were to crush me to death. My bones felt as if spiders were crawling along my body. Visions of Gaster's last moments danced before my eyes but always just out of reach. My thoughts whenever they surfaced were illegible and moved slowly as if coated in thick honey.

I jolted awake mentally swearing at myself for taking those gummies again. That always happened... I got up beginning to feel the nausea after the fact that always occurred. I blinked seeing a tall figure out of the corner of my eye. Then he was gone when I looked back. Okay definitely a concussion of some sort. I left my room and headed down the hall slowly. Every shadow seemed to be glaring at me. I walked over to Papa's room and knocked on the door. Papa immediately opened the door. He blinked as he looked down at me. "Gaster? What are you doing here? It's..." He checked the time. "5:56 AM." I blinked before I walked in and immediately turned on every lamp and the ceiling light. I than looked around still feeling as if eyes were drilling into my very soul and dissecting every secret. "Papa... I think I have a concussion. I fell out of bed and landed on my head." Papyrus quickly picked me up. "Oh that isn't good. I'll have to make you some chicken noodle soup." I looked up at Papa before he continued. "No carrots and extra spice just as you like it."

I nodded my head and I curled tightly into Papyrus. He was the closest person I had to a support network in all of this. I closed my eyes feeling exhausted from all of this.

Hours later I opened my eyes feeling a bit better and I saw Papa and Mis. Torial talking.  I blinked as I listened in.  "You were incorrect on the possibility of a concussion... it seems as if he just got a bump on the head and got spooked from something and got in his head.  Those gummies likely didn't help.  Don't even know why we have those.  I also checked his soul and they have about half way absorbed each other.  Something seems to be rousing in Gaster's soul.  It seems as if Dr. Gaster might be fighting back.  He hopefully won't be able to damage the other soul."  The pair went silent before Papyrus asked a question.  "Lady Torial would it be possible for them to see and hear each other as Gaster might have seen the human and freaked out."  Wait- Torial nodded as I remembered the voice, the feeling of being watched and the tall figure.  I closed my eyes as I tried to remember what the old Dr. Gaster looked like.  I had seen him in a photo before, it was a group photo that Sans kept on his desk.  I have a theory and for once it doesn't involve poison.  I slid off the couch and walked away.  Somehow I wasn't immediately caught.  So I walked over to Sans's room and slipped inside.  Despite being a guard Sans's room was the easiest to get into, never locked and always open.  Sans was awake.  He watched as I made a beeline to the photo.  I froze as a face the will one day be mine stared back at me.  A large cloak broken up by large black poldrons were his most noticeable features.  Two more modern targets or sniper crosshairs made up his eye lights.  He was practically glaring down the camera and it was piecing.  Sans got up and walked slowly over before I whispered something.  "He's the man I saw in my room...".

"Insolent child."

I looked towards a frozen Sans.  His eyelights were gone.  "What...?"  I looked at the photo and quickly used the chair to climb onto the desk and pointed at Gaster.  "I saw him.  He was in my room."  Sans picked me up with the photo and ran back to the living room screaming "Dr. Gaster is back and he is not the kid!"  Doors slammed open and feet ran down stairs and halls.  Papyrus and Torial froze as everyone rushed in.  Asgore, Alphys, Undyne, Mettaton, Muffet, Frisk and Chara.  The living room filled up.  Everyone too nervous to sit.  Sans looked around.  "Guys, Baby Gaster just told me he saw Dr. Gaster in his room."  Immediately the air went from electrified to thick enough that a butter knife would struggle to make a dent.  I looked at everyone.  "He was in my room, I only saw him for a second.  He was staring at me.  I remember those eyes.  They're weird.  Hard and mean like how Chara's are whenever he looks at me."  The room was unnaturally silent, especially for one with ten people in it.  Everyone shared looks as Papyrus picked me up.  "Okay, we have now established that Baby Gaster is a different individual than Dr. Gaster.  As well as the fact that Dr. Gaster is still alive.  We can't be sure Chara that if we kill him that Dr. Gaster would be killed.  It could just as easily bring him back completely."

I snuggled closer to Papyrus his layers of clothing making him rather soft and warm.  I was tried but I couldn't sleep.  Far far too much anxiety coursed through me.  Whenever I closed my eyes Dr. Gaster's face appeared.  I could only pray that I reach adulthood in this life.  I really don't want to die because some idiotic megalomaniac couldn't handle the fact he didn't love everything about anything he created.  If I met him I'd punch him from everything he did!  All of them minus Chara are amazing people.  Nothing would have made him happy and he died because of it, now it's my turn to live a happy life and he's ruining that!
