we were only at the party for like a 20 minutes. Carter looked at me for a second while driving. We were in a random parking lot. Just to talk . We got out of the car. V and I smoked a cigarette. Carter stood there.

" he did it as a revenge skit. See, no one can be trusted anymore " Says valerie

" basically. " says jaime

We saw a car pull in like crazy. We saw it was justin foley. He parked his car and slammed his door.

Was this man fucking crazy?

I wasn't the only person who thought so. Valerie looked at him . Carter didn't know what the fuck was going on. He leaned up. You could tell Carter got pissed. I gave him " I got this " nodd. Carter already didn't like him. The thing I didn't get was why was he acting like this. a lunatic.

" what the fuck is your problem?" Says jaime

" your my problem baker " says justin, in jaime's face

" excuse me?" Says jaime, smirking

" your playing a game you want to be playing with " Says justin

" you really don't get it do you? This isn't a game. This isn't some basketball try out . This is reality. You and your little girlfriend and everyone on that tape know what you did " says jaime

" we didn't do anything " says justin , in a calmer voice

" that's the point justin. You DIDNT do anything " says jaime

He stepped closer to me .

" maybe you should stop while your ahead because you aren't strong as you think you are " Says justin

Justin smirked as he walked away to his car. Valerie and Carter stood beside me.

" he's unhinged " Says valerie

" definitely " says jaime

Carter gave me a look.

" you okay?" Says carter

" yea I'm fine " Says jaime

The truth was I was fine. But the whole truth was filled with anger. Carter was driving back. The car ride. I was in my thoughts. On the way there. I noticed Justin's car.

I came home upset. Mom didn't notice because she was fighting with dad again. I went to my room. Hannah stood outside my room.

" you good bunny?" Says Hannah

" yea " says jaime

" bunny do you forget I know you . Cmon " Says Hannah

" people piss me off. I just. I don't know " says jaime

" can I be honest with you " says Hannah

I looked up at her as she sat next to me.

" people are always gonna get on our nerves. There gonna get us angry. Get to our head. We gotta take a deep breathe and keep whatever peace we have left. Sometimes we gotta ask ourselves what are we willing to do to stay peaceful " Says Hannah

i was looking out the window. As we got home. Valerie got out of the car. She went home. I went to my room. I grabbed my bat. i went out my window I remembered where justin foley's car was . I looked at it. It was too dark outside. I swung at his car. Fuck the fucking peace.

I ended up walking home. Should I have done that? Maybe not. Did I regret that? Absolutely not. I was done playing it safe. I was done letting them thinking they won. I snuck back into my window.  lightly put my bat down in the corner of my room.My heart was pounding. Not from what I just did. It felt stress reliefing. I sat on my bed. I heard the door open. My mom came in my room slowly

" jaime? Sorry we are home late" Says jaime's mom

" its ok " says jaime

She leaned on my door looking at me.

" have fun at the party?" Says jaime's mom

" it was great " Says jaime

" glad you had fun "Says jaime's mom

She left my bed. I went to bed.

The next day, I woke up and I got dressed and left my hair down because I didn't know what to do with it. At this point I didn't give a fuck. Why give a fuck right? I put on a long sleeved shirt with jeans. I grabbed my bag.

I walked downstairs. And walked out the door. Carter and valerie walked with me.

" last night was really hectic. so who's listening to the next tape" says valerie

" well, who wants to volunteer?" Says jaime

" well since you did, maybe I'll do it then mr wearing too much face masks at night can  " Says valerie

" okay twilight " says carter

" can you guys just both shut the fuck up " says jaime

I didn't understand why they couldn't stop arguing. But it was funny sometimes.

" I heard someone fucked with Justin's car last night " says carter

" oh really? Damn " Says jaime

" that's gotta suck " Says jaime

" jaime, we know it was you and good job I mean someone had to do something " says valerie

I looked at both of them.

" yea. we know your handy work. And we knew you would break and your temper would rise " Says carter

We eventually got to school. We walked into school. Valerie and carter went there separate ways. I was walking in the halls. I made eye contact with Alex. He just stared at me. I looked away.

I went to my locker. I went to put in my combination. Then in front of me was justin.

What was it with people coming up to me early in the morning. Especially people I didn't like. Fuck me.

" you destroyed my car " Says justin

" I have no idea what your talking about " says jaime

" I know it was you, you fucking crazy bitch " says justin

" remember what you said, I'm not strong enough right" Says jaime

I looked at him and got in his face.

" lesson 1, don't go crazy on someone who can easily find ways to destroy you, you cunt " says jaime

He just walked away. I then continued to put my combination in and opened up my locker and started to walk to my next class.
