ALL OF US, EXCEPT FOR JAY, WERE TRYING TO STABILIZE THE SHIP.

—Cole: "Hold the line!"

—Lloyd: "The winds are too strong!"

—Zane: "We need everyone's help, Jay!"

—Jay: "But I don't wanna get wet. I...l only have one pair of underwear."

I sigh in disappointment.

Kai: "Jay, this is no time to be making jokes. The Bounty can only take so much!"

—"I don't believe he's joking."

—Jay: "I definitely am not!"

Laughter is heard.

Jay: "Okay, laugh all you want, but we'll see who laughs last when I have to go commando."

—Kai: "Who's laughing?"

—Nya: "Ugh. It sounds like some of us are getting a kick out of this."

—"This is no human laughter."

My eyes narrowed.

Kai: "Uhh... guys, why is the sea laughing at us?"

—Jay: "And why do I have a feeling we're not gonna get the joke?"

—"I don't get jokes at all."

I comment. Then, several starfish-like creatures jump on the ship and cling onto the surface of the boat. 'Seriously, what's up with this world?'

—Cole: "Hey, what's that?"

He lets go of the rope. The ninjas were all startled and almost let go of the rope.

Jay: "I'm coming! ...I got it!"

Jay grabbed the rope.

—Kai: "About time, Jay!"

Jay gets splashed with water.

—Jay: "Oh, perfect!"

As the others examine what the creature is. I already unsheathed my sword and began cutting them. Meanwhile, the ninja use Spinjitzu to get rid of the creatures.

—Lloyd: "Uh, guys, I think we have a bigger problem."

The Starteeth eat through the side of the ship. It was a side we were unable to reach.

—Jay: "Oh, I should have brought an extra pair of underwear."

I sigh in disappointment.

[...]

The next day, while the ninja were scooping out water from under the ship, I went to check on [B/n] who was awake. I smile softly as the little demon extended his arms and made grabby hands. I lean down, held him up as he smiled brightly—humming to show he was pleased.

Unexpectedly, the ship shakes violently as if it was hit by land. I quickly allow [B/n] hide in the box and run towards the other, with the box.

[...]

—Lloyd: "Who would build a lighthouse way here?"

—Zane: "It's not a lighthouse. It's a prison."

We walk up to the door when they hear growling.

Jay: "Oh, I should have brought an extra pair of underwear."

I step behind Jay and heard him repeat that sentence. He noticed me and clears his throat.

—Jay: "Oh, I mean—I would've thought this was scarier! Haha..."

—Wu: "Mysterious. We better keep going."

We noticed a box of some sorts pointing towards us.

—Jay: "Uh, should we smile?"

—"Why would we smile?"

—Jay: "Well, y'know? It's a cam—oh never mind."

I raise a brow. Someone, then, opens the door.

—Julien: "Zane! Is it really you? You found me!"

The man hugs Zane.

—Lloyd: "Uh, do you know him?"

—Julien: "Of course I know him! I built him, for heaven's sake!"

—Zane: "But my memory tells me that you have passed."

—Julien: "Ah, you found your memory switch."

We hear another growl

—Julien: "Hurry, it can't know that you're here, or else there'll be dues to pay."

I narrowed my eyes and hold the hilt of my sword.

—"It?"

Jay gulps and hides behind me.

—Jay: "It?"

—Julien: "I'll explain everything inside, including why it is that you thought I was dead."

—Nya: "Well, the Bounty's sailing days are over."

—Wu: "Come, Nya."

We all head inside.
