'Learn how to ride a bike.'

I stared at the piece of paper I have written. Oh boy! Couldn't I just pick another one? After our breakfast at Flo's, we returned to the motel to freshen up and gathered our things. Now we are heading towards the park where we rented bikes. I'm starting to regret what I have written.

"You okay?" Gibson was smirking at me. That bastard. He was driving us to the park.

"I'm having second thoughts. Though it would be a shame not to learn how to ride a bike." I looked outside the window.

"Chill out blondie, you're gonna do fine. Besides, you have the best teacher with you." He winked at me.

"You know, you are really getting into my nerves." I hissed at him.

Gibson gave me a low laugh and returned his attention to the road. A few moments later, we arrived at the park. We found a spot near the gate and parked there. We head inside the park where we had made reservation for the bikes. Gibson chose the second tallest bike that was painted with red and yellow while my bike was just the right size for me in a catchy neon pink paint. We looked for a vacant road along the park. Gibson rode his bike and showed off his ability.

"And how do you expect me to do that?" I was holding my bike with my right hand and my other free hand was placed at my hips.

"Sorry, my bad. Let me put this aside." He parked his bike by the bench.

"Now let's start, get on your bike." He commanded.

I sat on the cushion while both of my feet were planted at either side. Gibson then placed himself at my side and held under the chair, the other hand gripped the bar I was holding. I suddenly felt hot when he pressed his body near me.

"Let's start slowly. Put your right foot on the pedal and push. Don't worry. If you fall, I got you." He gave me a reassuring smile. Wow, those eyes.

I took a deep breath. I started to lift my feet and started paddling. At first, I felt that my body and the bike was going side ways, but thankfully Gibson was there to pull me back. I felt my heart beat tripled its pace.

"Hey, just relax. I'm here. I got you." He must have felt my heartbeat because he was trying to coax me.

I suddenly felt safe. I kept on paddling and paddling, noticing Gibson was gripping hard trying to keep me on track. I smiled and glanced at his face. I saw the determination in his eyes. Boy, his eyes were beautiful right now.

I was busy examining his features that I didn't notice my right foot slipped from the pedal which caused me to wiggle to my left and fall, bringing Gibson with me. Before we crashed on the floor, I heard him shout to look out but it was too late. Our bodies crashed with big thud. I stiffled a groan as I landed on top of Gibson. He laid on his back while I was practically laying on top of him. I got a closer look of his mouth. Wow, such beautiful lips. I was then distracted by his groan.

"Hey blondie, a little help here." He murmured to me. I was still staring at him when it finally processed what he said. I stood up directly which made me a little dizzy.

"Woah." I tried to steady myself. Gibson was trying to stand up when I recovered my senses and helped him up.

"I am so sorry, are you okay?" I helped him dust off the dirt.

"It's okay, no harm done." He assured me.

I was dusting myself when Gibson grabbed my bike.
"You okay? Falling down is always part of the training. Let's try again?" He gave me an encouraging smile.
