It's not THAT big of a deal as you or other people make it out to be. Try to relax and be confident in your exam.
I personally get quite nervous during exams, mainly around have I prepared enough? I try to tell myself, yes I have and it's my chance to show off all my knowledge to the people marking the paper
DON'T compare answers with others, it will most likely make you more nervous although some people ( even the nervous type) are fine with that. I guess it depends on the person but generally speaking obessing over the answers to an exam, ISN'T good.
Here are some meditations I use on the night of the exam:
The first meditation is my GO TO and I have done it SO MANY times that if I payed more attention to the words rather than relaxing I would have memorized the ENTIRE thing. Also I LOVE Jason Stephenson SO MUCH!!!
My second go to
This is ALSO quite cool in it's own way MAINLY for ME cuz it's from Honest Guys
Another 8 hour mediation and I LOVE the whole concept of sleeping to affirmations. Also, the affirmations themselves are GREAT!!
A/N: I thought I would start the book with more GENERAL chapters and then branch out to specific subjects but I will try and figure out the structure of the book as I go along
Just a heads up!
Hope you enjoyed the chapter and FELT something:)))
