Louis P.O.V
It's been a couple hours since I left Skyler's room. I decided that I needed fresh air. I went outside and looked at the ground and thought of what had happen in the past month. I mean Hope was in the hospital and now Sky is in the hospital and I hated coming here because she came here and died here and it was my fault that I killed her.
**FLASHBACK**
"Louis you should be paying attention to the road!" Rose laughed and I kept in looking at her and then I began to tickle her. Hearing her laugh lights my world up.
"You are so cute Rose I love you so much and I promise you I will keep you safe!" I said to Rose and looked her in the eyes and leaned to kiss her but then I heard a car horn and I looked up at road and saw it was a truck and made a sharp turn and didn't see that there was another truck coming by I was trying so hard to turn the car around.
I was too late that the truck hit Rose's side of the car and I blacked out. Until the next day I woke up and saw that I was in a white room and saw a doctor coming in.
"Hello Mr. Tomlinson!-" I cut her off.
"Louis. Please call me Louis." I said and looked at her.
"Okay well Louis you my dear do you know why you're here?" She asked me and I nodded my head.
"I got into a car accident and Rose was in the front. OH NO ROSE WHERE IS SHE?? IS SHE OKAY? WHERE IS SHE? I NEED TO SEE HER!" I quickly got up from the bed but was pushed back down my nurse.
"Rose didn't make it love." She said with a sad expression. My head shot up when I heard that.
"What?" I said. My eyes began to get watery.
"Rose got hit so hard that when the truck came by and hit her side she hit her head real hard on the window and her head was bleeding and she lost a lot of blood that when we got her here we lost her. I'm sorry dear." She said.
From there on I didn't know what to do but cried. Rose was my everything; we were friends ever since birth and I loved her so much that I was going to ask her to marry me. Why did you this Louis. I promised her that I wouldn't hurt her and now I broke that promise. I will never be able to find a girl like her again.
**FLASHBACK OVER**
I didn't know I was crying until I wiped my face and felt something wet. Even though I said I wasn't going to be able to find another girl like Rose, Skyler reminds me of her just from the thought of it. I decided to go back in and I saw that Niall just got off the phone with someone. I wonder who. The phone did look familiar and then I saw the screen light up again and saw it was Sky's phone.
"How did you get Sky's phone?" I asked Niall and he looked at me.
"I asked if they had anything she had with her before she went into surgery chill bro." Niall said.
"I just can't "chill" when Sky is in the hospital which Rose was in so why don't you just shut up lad." I said. Right now I was mad. I didn't know what to do because I was mad and stressed out.
"Okay damn what's got crawled inside of you when you were outside?" Niall said and went to sit down. I then went to the counter where the nurse lady was on the computer.
"Can I go and see Skyler Blue?" I asked her.
"I think you can because I think the doctor just got done with her, but yes you may!" I smiled and thanked her and walked to Sky's room without telling Niall and Emily because I really do need this alone time with Sky.
I quietly walked in and quietly shut the door. I walked to the side of Sky's bed and saw her lifeless body there. I kissed her cheek and the looked at her and sat on the chair that was next to her bed and held her hand. Her hands were so soft and when I looked at her she looked so peaceful and beautiful when she's asleep. I looked at her again and thought back to the time where I took her and introduced her to my parents.
"Hey Sky! It's me Louis. How are you doing? I hope you are doing great because I just miss you and I want you to get better soon and wake up. Niall, Emily and I are really worried about you. I think Niall might've called your mum because he did have your phone. I saw your screen saver when your phone lit up, I thought it was cute and a picture of you and Hope you guys looked so cute. I was right wasn't I she does look like her mum. Sky, do you remember when we met? Hope was the one who introduced us and I thought it was kinda cute how a 3 year old introduced her mum to a stranger, but when I laid eyes on you I knew there was something you had and I wanted to see. Like when we kissed I felt butterflies in my stomach and didn't know what to do I thought I was mad, but it was you who made that happened. I was very pleased to go on the date with you. I thought you would've said no but you said yes and it made my day. I've never smiled as much as I did until I met you and your crazy personality. Hope I was really happy I got to meet that cute little munchkin. I don't even know where to start. I felt as if she is mine like my own blooded child. I love her so much and I always wished she would be mine. Skyler you were the one who made me believe in love at first sight. I'm pretty sure you were also the one who showed me the world when I've been shut out. Little do you know you make my heart beat so fast whenever I see you I just want to rip my heart out for you and just you Sky. I will do anything to keep you and Hope safe. I promise I am. But please wake up you know Hope needs you the most and so do I Sky. You make me feel like this isn't real but it is at first I thought this wasn't real until I kissed you. Please Sky you need to wake up please. I love you Skyler." I cried and wiped away the tears and decided to put my head down next to her and let closed my eyes and let sleep take over me.
