"Well what are you standing there for? Your food is over here!" Louis said and walked over to the table where Hope was still watching her movie and patiently waiting for her food.

"C'mon Hope time for food!" Louis said and took out her little kid's meal.

"Yay!! Food I hungry!" Hope said while Louis took out her food and placed them out for her.

"Thank you." I said.

"For what?" Louis asked and looked confused.

"Everything. You being here and everything you did." I said.

"You don't need to thank me Sky. I'm pretty sure I should be the one thanking you." Louis said.

"Why is that? I mean look what you've done you also took care of Hope for me well I mean you're always with us and that means a lot to us. I mean Emily was also there too, but you, it feels like you've been there since day 1 Louis." I said and looked at him

"I should be thankful that I met you because you and Hope because without you two I don't even know what I'd do without you guys." Louis said.

"I think we should stop Tomlinson because you're going to make me cry and I hate crying in front of people I look ugly." I said with a laugh and looked at my hands.

"Why would you say that? You are pretty when cry and when you smile I don't even know what you do to me because you just make me feel alive." Louis said.

"Okay lets change the subject because I am going to be so red and you know when I get red it is very noticeable!" I said and started blushing.

"Why you're going to ruin the fun because that is the point you look cute whenever you blush." Louis said.

"Okay well don't talk to me just focus on eating! Like Hope she is watching a movie and eating so be like her please!" I said and tried my best not to smile.

"Okay whatever you say beautiful." Louis said and pushed a strand of loose hair behind my ear. Louis then began to eat and so did I. I mean the sandwich was good but I couldn't finish the rest because I was thirsty and decided to chug down the water and I wasn't able to finish my food.

"Hey I think we should go now!" I said and looked at the clock above the door and it read 10:30am I mean I need to leave early because when I leave the hospital I am going to go home and start packing my things and get ready to fly to France because I mean the rest of my family is there too.

"Yea sure! Don't you have to tell your doctor your leaving?" Louis asked and I nodded.

"Yea wait here and can you please if you don't mind get Hope ready for me?" I asked and he nodded.

"Anything for you beautiful!" Louis said. I smiled and left the room to find the doctor or nurse.

When I walked out the room I saw the front desk and asked for the doctor. The lady told me to wait which took like a long time I don't know maybe years for her to come. She was in front of me but she was still reading her clipboard full of papers. I mean that is what you call rude. I mean c'mon lady pay attention to me I was hurt and those papers weren't! Which took like a life eternity she finally talk.

"Okay Ms. Blue you able to leave now but what we need to ask you is are you still up for the heart transplant?" The doctor asked me.

"Yes I am and that is in how many months?" I asked.

"Well it looks like Hope is real danger now so you have 4 months left. I am so sorry to tell you this now but we just noticed how dangerous it could be for so we changed it. I am so sorry to give you a late notice." The doctor said.

"What is this all about!?" A voice said behind me and I turned behind me and saw that voice belonged to Niall. My heart dropped.
