Chapter 10: Training

When the morning comes, Serenity slowly opened her eyes and saw the ceiling. She sighed tiredly as she slowly sat up, figuring out it was still real.

She remembered yesterday when she attacked her imposter who claimed to be Chichi, no... This woman claimed to be the fake Neo Queen Serenity who took everything from her. She clearly remembered how her life was being switched up. She would never forget Chichi. She will find a way to get her old life back. But how though? She didn't know the real Chichi would do that by switching a person's life.

Serenity looked over she saw Goku was sleeping next to her as usual. Her face turned cherry red as she noticed he was holding her close to his chest. He was sleeping peacefully as she continued to stare at him. She had to admit that he looked quite handsome when he was sleeping. Serenity frowned at this when he still reminded her of Mamoru. Even though she still wasn't comparing him to Mamoru, she would never hurt his feelings about how he reminded him of her husband. She still wished to have her old life back.

Soon enough he opened his eyes and his onyx irises were gazing at her. Serenity's face went redder and redder.

"Ah!" Serenity flinched, seeing him awake.

"Ah!" Goku flinched back as he fell off the bed.

"Oh, crap! Goku, are you okay? I'm sorry!" Serenity panicked as she got off the bed and helped him out.

Goku groaned, rubbing the back of his head, feeling a bit hurt. "What was that for, Chichi? You scared me."

"I didn't mean to. Although I couldn't help seeing you asleep. You look quite handsome when you were sleeping." Serenity said, blushing heavily. She couldn't believe what she said to him. She was so embarrassed to tell him that.

Goku chuckled with eyes closed, rubbing the back of his head again. "Thanks, Chichi. Not only do you look beautiful this morning."

"Th-Thank you, Goku..." Serenity stuttered shyly.

"Mom? Dad? Are you guys okay? I heard a noise." It was Gohan who called out to them, sounding worried.

Serenity saw him coming in the room as she gave him a nervous smile and her face went a bit pale. "Oh, we're fine, Gohan. Your father just fell off the bed."

"Okay." Then Gohan left them alone as he closed the door softly.

Serenity puffed out and then looked at Goku with a shy smile. "Shall we make some breakfast?"

"Yeah!" Goku exclaimed excitedly, which made her sweatdrop.

After that, Serenity made a Japanese breakfast style for Goku and Gohan. She still had Chichi's fighting combat and cooking skill. It must be her new power she got it from Chichi. Lastly, she still had the Legendary Silver Crystal that Goku had given to her after he had stolen it from Chichi. She wondered if the Legendary Silver Crystal will able to help her gain her strength and power. Maybe Crystal Star should have switched places when it would have worked. When she is still Sailor Moon.

When she was done cooking, she put two plates on the table and told the boys that breakfast was ready, so they began to eat before they were ready to go training with Piccolo. When they were done, Goku and Gohan are ready to leave the house to train over three years.

It was then Serenity came up with an idea for how she wanted to train to regain her strength,  so she wouldn't stay at home, feeling useless like Chichi. She never understand why she retired and became a housewife to feed her family or clean the house, not only she would force Gohan to do his schoolwork.

"Wait."

Goku stopped for a second as he turned around and faced her. "Yes? What's wrong?"

"Goku, I... I want to go with you..." Serenity said nervously, placing her hands together while gazing at the Saiyan.

"Why is that, Chichi?" Goku asked curiously.

She pressed her lips, feeling too nervous when the butterflies has taken over her stomach. She was nervous that if she asked Goku to go with them and train with them, he would say no. If he say yes to her, she would feel happy, so she could train with the Legendary Silver Crystal.

"Because... Because I want to train with you." Serenity let out.

Goku and Gohan widened their eyes. They exclaimed as they looked at each other and then looked at Serenity.

"Oh, wow! Really? You wanted to train?" Gohan said in shock.

She nodded. "Yes. I wanted to help you guys defeat the Androids. Is that okay?"

Goku smiled at her and said, "Of course, Chichi! You can train with us! I'm happy that you agreed to help. Although..." Then a smile faded away as he softened his eyes, looking apprehensive, "If I take you with us, you would get killed by the Androids. Chichi, if you want to help us fight the Androids, then I will protect you to make sure they won't harm you. Not only if I have to protect you from those Sailor Guardians from yesterday."

"Trust me, Goku. I will make sure I don't get hurt." Serenity promised him, "If I was wrong, then you'll have to protect me. I know I haven't been a fighter for a long time now, so I wanted to join you guys to train."

Then Goku came up to her and hugged her. "I'm glad you understand this."

She nodded in response to him as she hugged him back.

"Are you guys just gonna train or are you two just gonna make love? We are wasting our time here." It was Piccolo who interrupted with an annoying look.

So they stopped hugging and Goku faced him with an excited smile. "Oh, hey, Piccolo. How long have you been here?"

"For a few seconds just now, but come on. We are going, but make sure your wife doesn't slow us down." Piccolo said.

Serenity scowled. "Excuse me!?" She said as she glared at him and placed her hands on her hips, "Who do you think you are!? I am not a slow one! Not as slow as a turtle! I am much faster than you!"

Piccolo smirked at her. "Then we shall see."

Serenity growled. "That idiot..."

"Don't worry, Mom. He was just teasing you. Come on, we got training to do." Gohan said, taking Serenity's hand and flying off.

She nodded to him. "Okay, Gohan."
