Chapter 13: Healing Goku

As Serenity has taken Goku home, she quickly placed him on the bed and tried to figure out how to save him. She was scared to lose. However, she didn't want to lose a person who is a very caring person the same way Mamoru does. Serenity took Goku's with a pleading look as her eyes are filling up with tears.

"Goku... Please don't die! You're going to be okay! I promise that you'll be feeling better!" Serenity cried out. She was shocked that she was crying over the person she just met three years ago. However, she never expects to cry in front of Goku who thought Serenity was still his wife.

He groaned in pain as he looked at Serenity and smiled at her, "Don't worry, Chichi... I'll be okay... Besides... I'm always here for you no matter what..."

"But you're dying!" Serenity shouted.

"Not yet... Not while I'll have to face the Androids..."

"No! You have to stay in bed because you're still sick! I can't let you die like this! I still need to save you!" Serenity sobbed, gripping his hand.

He chuckled, smiling at her weakly, "Oh, Chichi... You're so overreacting... I'll be alright once I get better..."

"Goku..." I need to save him or else the heart virus kill him! It was then Serenity gasped when she came up with a plan for how to save Goku's life.

"Your Highness," it was Lyanna called out to her, coming towards them, "You need to use the Legendary Silver Crystal to heal Goku's heart. It's the only way."

Serenity nodded, pulling out the Legendary Silver Crystal.

Goku was confused about what she was doing. "Chi, what are you doing?"

She placed the Legendary Silver Crystal on his chest before summoning the power, "I'm going to heal you with the Silver Crystal. You're going to be okay."

"Chichi..."

She closed her eyes and shouted, "Galaxy Crystal Power!"

It was then the Legendary Silver Crystal glowed brightly within Goku's heart while it was healing his chest. She can feel the virus wanting to spread, but the Legendary Silver Crystal's powers have it trapped. Slowly, its powers begin to purify the heart virus until there was nothing left of the virus.

Goku watched in awe as the silver crystal glowed white, and he felt warmth and peace spread through his body. Goku stares at Serenity, who is concentrating on healing her wound. He can no longer feel pain in his chest and sighed in relief.

After a while, Serenity removed the silver crystal and put it in her pocket. Goku was amazed at how she would heal him.

"What did you do?" Goku asked in shock.

"Chichi healed you with the Legendary Silver Crystal," Lyanna told him.

"How?" Goku asked, confused.

"I have skills, I will explain everything later," Serenity said but would not elaborate.

He slowly smiled at her in relief. "You saved my life. Thank you, Chichi."

She smiled back at him in relief, too. Her tears are falling from her eyes as she was feeling glad she saved him from the heart virus when her lips pressed a little harder against his and she finally realized something.

She was kissing Goku! To think she was in love with another man!

Why am I kissing him? Why did I do that? What is wrong with me? Serenity asked her in her thoughts as she could feel Goku kissing her back. He wrapped her arms around her as they continued to kiss harder.

So Serenity had to stop the kiss because she knew this was wrong and she can't be with Goku who is confused to think she is still Chichi.

"What's wrong? Did I do something wrong?" Goku asked, worried.

She shook her head, folding her arms as she looked away, blushing heavily. "No, it's just... I'm sorry. I was embarrassed."

He smiled happily. "You don't have to apologize for kissing me. We're still married, remember? We always do kissing and hugging like married couples do."

Lyanna faced them, interrupting them. "Let's go check out the others and see how they were doing."

Goku nodded before they left the house. "Okay, Chichi."
