All this Action

Kitty Pryde and the Winter Soldier race through the ground floor of Ultron's tower. With the exit in view; they begin to move even faster.

Kitty Pryde: Where did Sue and Daredevil go?

Winter Soldier: We don't have time to worry about it, the others need us!

The duo comes to a slightly slower pace as they exit the building- stopping dead in their tracks as they view Y/n and Spider-Man smack against the ground.

Kitty Pryde: Y/n...

They watch with relief as Y/n rolls off of the hero, coughing bloody murder from a mixture of pain and his illness.

Y/n: Spider-Man, get up.

Sitting up, Y/n looks over at the hero. Peter Parker is dead still, his chest not even lifting with breaths. Y/n crawls over to the hero and presses two fingers to his neck, checking for a pulse.

Y/n: No...

Ultron touches down exceptionally gracefully, near silent. His calm demeanour makes a second appearance as a cold chuckle passes his lipless mouth.

Ultron Prime: That's one more off the list...

Y/n takes up his Nova Rifle and growls as his finger caresses the trigger, he raises the weapon to ensure the robot is in his line of fire.

Ultron Prime: L/n, you are bothering me.

Y/n goes to pull the trigger, though he is too weak to make the motion after his fall. Ultron noticed this and speeds towards Y/n, lifting him into the air via the neck- exactly as he did Hank Pym.

Ultron Prime: I want you to know that I admire your dedication, even if it is to the wrong cause.

His free hand begins to glow white hot with heat that Y/n could already feel despite the lack of touch. Just as history is about to repeat itself: a bullet lodges itself in Ultron's right eye- making him drop Y/n as he nurses his wound.

Ultron Prime: What in the name of...

He looks up with his one working eye to see the Winter Soldier and Kitty Pryde, the former's gun emitting a light wisp of steam.

Ultron Prime: Okay, now it's personal.

Ultron jets towards the pair, completely forgetting about three human he was about to execute. Kitty grabs a hold of Bucky's arm and allows Ultron to fly straight through then as she phases. The robot flies straight into his tower- bonking his head.

Kitty Pryde: I think you shot out his depth perception.

Growling, Ultron plucks the bullet from his eye- revealing now exposed wires with small pockets of sparks flitting from the copper.

Kitty Pryde: Uh oh.

Back inside the facility, Invisible Woman and Daredevil continue to defend themselves from Ultron Alpha. The robot dislocates it's jaw and fires a huge laser beam from its mouth. Susan and Matt hide behind one of the former's energy shields.

Susan Storm: I can't keep this up!

Daredevil: It's alright, I have an idea!

Daredevil rolls out from behind the shield and manoeuvres himself behind Ultron Alpha. He kicks the automaton in the back of the knee, forcing him to the ground. He then strikes his adversary with one of his batons, only for it to snap in twain.

Ultron Alpha: Seriously? That's your big idea?

Ultron elbows Daredevil in the jaw before coming to his feet and picking Murdock up by the skull. He stares at the hero briefly before tossing him out of a closed window. He flies through the glass and begins the perilous fall to the ground.
