Chapter 5

Lily's POV:

"I told you a billion times already! I was sleeping in my room and I find myself here when I woke up!" I let out an exasperated sigh. I was currently in the Hokage's office, being interrogated by none other than old man Ibiki.

"Why, you little brat." Ibiki growls.

"That's enough Ibiki you can leave now. Hokage says.

"Finally." I mutter. Ibiki glares at me once more. Then he leaves. I slouch back in my chair. The Hokage just sits in his chair, smoking his pipe. I squirm uncomfortably in my chair. "Sooo." I say breaking the silence.

"Do you wear contacts? Or are your eyes that colour naturally." Hokage asks.

"Yeah, I get that question a lot. But this is my natural eyes colour." I reply.

"I see, and what about your necklace." He asks.

I subconsciously run my finger over the surface of the necklace.

"I don't know where I got this from. I was just wearing it when I got here." I tell him truthfully. The Hokage opens a file on his desk and flips through the pages.

"That necklace is the heirloom of the Tengoku clan. So that would mean you would be from the Tengoku clan, however, all of the Tengoku clan members have blue eyes, symbolizing their purity. Though it says here that their Princess, Misaki Tengoku, was the only one with a different colour. Violet, like yours. Tell me, when is your birthday?"

"May, 11th, today actually." I tell him. His eyes widen slightly.

"That is Misaki-hime's birthday. Lily, all facts point to you being the lost Princess, Misaki Tengoku."

"Misaki, Tengoku?" I repeat. Suddenly, my necklace start to shine, the light becomes blinding. I use my hand to shield my eyes.

"Hi!" I hear a cheery voice say. I open my eyes and see. A fairy? She had long hair, blonde hair with front bangs. Her eyes were dark, almost black. She was wearing a gold dress and had angel wings. She also had the angel ring thingy on her head.

"Umm" I say in shock.

"I'm Kiki; I'm here to help you out. Misaki-hime" Kiki says with a little bow.

"Not Misaki, Lily." I tell her." I am not, Misaki."

"Mhmm whatever you say, Lily-sama, but you can't hide from the truth. You are Misaki."

"Then explain why I was not, well, here." I say

"Because, it was for your own safety. Sarah was your mother's best friend. Your God-mother. Your mother was Ayame Tengoku, and your Father was Daichi Jigoku. It was an arranged marriage. The two clans were both enemies. There had many wars with each other. Then the clan's elders decided to do something about it. Thus an arranged marriage took place." Kiki explains

"That still doesn't explain why I was given to my God-mother." I say irritated.

"I'm getting there, anyways. The Tengoku clan was pure; they only used their power for good, while the Jigoku clan was the exact opposite."

"You're using past tense, why?"

Kiki sighs," There was a legend. On a night of the red moon, a princess will be born of both light and dark; the evil clan will rise up, and try to kill the princess, and a whole lot of other stuff that is not exactly important. So that happened, the princess was you. The reason your eyes are violet and not blue is because of the red of evil, from your father's genes. So on the night you were born, the Jigoku clan rose up and rebelled, Your mother sent you with Sarah so you could live on, thus you are the last one living from both clans, they were all massacred that night."

I can't believe it,

"Whoa," I croak out. Kiki turns to face the Hokage, whom has been silent the whole time.

"Hokage-sama, I ask that you allow Lily-sama to stay here in the Village of the Leaf, and that you watch over her, when people learn of the Princess returning. Well, there will be people out for her power. I request you make her a shinobi of this village, I will be here trainer though."

"Very well, I shall accept your request." Hokage agrees.

"Thank you Hokage-sama." Kiki bows.

"Kakashi," Hokage-sama calls out. A shinobi wearing a mask with wild silver hair, and his headband covering one eye comes. Oh My God. It's KAKASHI!I try to stop from squealing.

"Will you escort Lily to one of the vacant apartments?" Hokage-sama says, handing me a key.

"Hai," Kakashi says lazily, then he motions for me to follow him."Kakashi" he says.

"Is that supposed to be an introduction?" I ask him.

"Who knows?" He says. Then we make our way to the apartments.

I get that so far, this story is pretty cliché but come on, how many Naruto fan fictions have fairies? Anyways, the point of this story, it being my first, is to take a cliché idea. The whole lost princess sucked into the Naruto world thing, and add some spice, to make it enjoyable. More is to come so enjoy!
