VI: Breakfast! Leaving for school.

Chapter 6

With Naruto

      Naruto woke up earlier than Rimuru, and modified their body back to the gender neutral form. They got dressed and decided to surprise Rimuru with some breakfast, after having years of cooking experience. Naruto snuck into the kitchen and put on an apron, when Shuuna appeared by their side and asked "Just what are you doing so early, Naruto-sama? Surely you weren't taking my job of making breakfast?"

    Naruto felt true fear for the first time in a while, and turned towards Shuuna. They thought of a way out with Akashi's help and lied with sweat pouring down their neck, "Oh, Shuuna, Just who I was looking for! I was actually hoping that I could assist you in the creation of the culinary delights! I should have you know I have quite a lot of experience, but I don't know how the ingredients work here!"

     Shuuna decided to let Naruto off the hook, since they had a good excuse and it was the first time something had happened. They began the process of making a new kind of Ramen for Naruto and Rimuru. It was a breakfast Ramen, using pancake noodles, scrambled eggs, maple broth, and small sausage patties. It was accompanied by a weird kind of blue french toast, which had a smooth whipped-cream like topping. It was very fruity.

    Naruto and Shuuna smiled at each other when they saw Rimuru walk into the room cartoon-style, following the stream of scent to the source. He sat down at the smaller table between them and they watched him take his first bite.

     His eyes suddenly widened as his face turned a bright pink, and he started eating it very quickly. The two next to him giggled in unison, and took their first bites.

      Immediately they had an even bigger reaction than Rimuru (Imagine Food Wars when the food is sus), and started doing the same thing. They all finished soon, and after a couple more bowls and Benimaru having one after arriving downstairs, they left for Ingrassia. Benimaru and Shuuna were sad to see them go, but knew they'd be back.

With Sasuke

       Sasuke woke up to a bright light shining in his face, as he realized he was no longer in a glass tank full of water. He couldn't remember how long he had been in that tank, but he knew - or at least thought - that the world had to be in pandemonium without him there. He was going to be the hero and swoop in with his Mokuten, Boton, and Hyoton release (Wood, Explosion, Ice) and save the world from peril. The bright light was coming from the sun directly shining on him through the medical bay window, and he could see a pale and evil looking sakura resting by the window. He contemplated, and realized that now that he has Mokuten jutsu, just like the Shodaime Hokage, he doesn't need a medical professional anymore. He silently walked over to her and slit her throat, at least having the care to make her go out painlessly and without even knowing it.

      He walked out of the compound and towards where he knew Suigetsu would be, as the other two members of Hebi were long dead. He opened the door to the aquarium, where he walked to the back with a water filled tank and seven swords inside, plunged into the sand on the bottom. That had been Suigetsu's dream for a long time, collecting the seven swords of the mist, and he had done it what felt to be only a couple months ago for Sasuke. He tapped on the glass, and Suigetsu's face appeared next to his, a look of surprise on his face.

     "Oy, Uchiha, You're awake?" He remarked with a hint of fear in his voice. The sharingan and rinnegan wielder nodded and waved him to get out of the tank so they could talk better.

     "Suigetsu, we're going to Konoha. I'm ready to claim my fame and become their hero." Sasuke says arrogantly.

     "Alright." He responds, thinking of a way to escape from Sasuke, as he did not want to stay loyal to someone so selfish and arrogant. He remembered when Naruto came by the compound all those years ago, and gave him a way and the option to kill Sasuke if it ever needed to happen. It was some sort of explosive he called a 'Flashbang,' and was supposed to nullify any Lightning moves he could use as well as his Dojutsu. He did warn Suigetsu not to look at it, and to cover his ears before it makes contact.
