Daemon had been exiled because he was fool he had named Baelon Targaryen 'Heir of the day' and Viserys had sent him away to the vale. Visaera is suddenly startled when her door is slammed open she stands from her chair and looks at Rhaenyra "What's wrong with you?"
"My father has named me heir"
Visaera smiles it was almost frightening at how smart she was "Isn't that a good thing?"
Rhaenyra quickly walks over to the wine and Visaera looks at her confused as she pours herself some wine "Yes but there has never been a queen and my father hadn't spoken to me in months and he summons me to tell me that"
"It doesn't matter Rhaenys could have been queen if Daemon hadn't interfered and pulled everyone to Viserys side"
Rhaenyra brings the wine to her lips but Visaera takes it out of her hand Rhaenyra lets out an annoyed sigh "Give it back"
Visaera moves it away from Rhaenyra as she tries to get it "No, you are being an ungrateful princess, you have just been given something amazing"
Visaera says with a playful pout Rhaenyra lowers her hand "What if they don't want me?"
"Your father will be on the throne for years, you have time to prove to them you will be a good ruler"
Rhaenyra nods and Visaera smiles and holds out the cup of wine which she refuses and sits down on the bed. Visaera praises herself for calming down Rhaenyra "Why did you not respond to my letters?"
Visaera's smile drops and places down the cup of wine "What letters?"
"The letters I sent to you once you left"
Visaera looks at her confused she hadn't received any letters that's why she didn't send any to Rhaenyra she thought she moved on "I didn't receive them"
Rhaenyra also now looks confused and then her eyes narrow "My father hadn't given them to you, but you could have written to me"
Visaera was waiting for this she and Rhaenyra had been bonding over the sadness of her mother's death and now it's worn off slightly "I thought you moved on"
"And why would think that you were my closest companion"
Visaera lets out a sigh and sits beside Rhaenyra and faces her "I know Rhaenyra but you were a child"
