The next day Esha sat in her cabin flipping through Vidyut's reports. She asked Veer to hand her over Vidyut's all medical reports given by his past therapists, as well as the medical prescriptions. It was important to understand how much he responded to therapy earlier and what was going wrong that he kept switching his therapists.

After examining the first few files, one thing was clear that the reason behind Vidyut's nightmares and insomnia was PTSD: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Some incident occurred four years back, which shook him to the core, and the haunting memories of it come back to him at night, leaving him sleepless and anxious.

None of the reports mention any incident that might have led to his PTSD, but the symptoms and the fact that everything suddenly started four years back do point towards it.

She tried to analyze the reports keenly as she was concerned about his panic attack. The other day when she saw him faint on the front porch, the severity of his condition was crystal clear. He eagerly needed help.

What might have triggered him here?
He was on a phone call if I'm not wrong. What if it was something on the call that triggered him?

What she was unaware of was that, it wasn't the phone call but something or in particular someone very familiar had reappeared in front of him unexpectedly. Someone he had wished would have returned to him but didn't expect to encounter the person somewhere he never expected to.

Engrossed in her thoughts, Esha finally looked up from the reports when she heard a knock on her cabin door.

"Ma'am you have a session with Mr. Saxena in fifteen minutes." Esha smiled at her assistant's accuracy in always reminding her about her sessions on time.

"Yes Nidhi. Is Mr. Saxena here?"

"I think not yet ma'am but as you informed we have made the necessary changes in his diet today onwards. He might be in his quarters right now. I'll remind him about his session."

"No need Nidhi. Mr. Saxena is said to be one of the most punctual human beings. He will be here on time." Nidhi took a leave nodding at Esha who had returned to reading the last page of one of the reports.

After a few minutes when she was done analyzing the reports thoroughly, she placed it on her desk and jotted down points for a few minutes on her notepad. Another knock on her door gained Esha's attention and she looked up adjusting her transparent rimmed glasses.

Vidyut Saxena stood at the door in a crisp blue shirt and black trousers. His watch rested around his wrist and his jet-black hair jelled well.

Their eyes met, and for a few seconds, Vidyut felt a ping in his heart.
Those blue eyes held so much of life and liveliness while his amber eyes were blank, clueless, vulnerable.

"Good morning Mr. Saxena." Esha greeted him earning a slight nod by him in return.

"What's so good about today's morning Ms. Therapist?" He questioned occupying the chair opposite Esha's. "You guys didn't allow me to have my morning coffee, so this morning is not so good." He scoffed. Esha could sense the annoyance behind his tone and internally smiled.

"Coffee triggers anxiety, Mr. Saxena. Also, the fact that without your morning dose of coffee, you feel restless indicates you're now addicted to it. Any kind of addiction is not good for your condition Mr. Saxena. So we have to cut down on your intake of coffee."
