Hey all you cool cats and kittens, I'm really grateful that you're here and reading my book! This is a fiction romantic comedy set in Seoul, Korea starring an American author and a Korean actor. I have recently fallen in love with watching K (and C!) Dramas and wanted to incorporate a bit of both cultures into a new story which is why I have designed this book to be read from different points of view with multiple languages. That being said, a couple of notes about formatting you will notice in the chapters to come.
Italic words signify that the words are an internal monologue.
Bold words signify that the word is in Korean.
There will be a couple of phrases written in Mandarin as one of the main characters is Chinese, but those will be far and few between.
For readers who aren't as familiar with Korean culture and the language (myself included), I have added a translation chart that I'll routinely update for any words that I use repetitively. Otherwise context clues will tell you what the words mean.
