The noise on the bus increases with Taneil's rare loss of words. I'm in shock at her reaction, as she is in shock at my confidence. My bus ride comes to a close, and Taneil is left, open mouthed, while i get off the bus. Her stop is a few more down the road... so i run home with a spring in my step. When i get home, i put my things away, grab my laptop and run up to my room. I log into Facebook. The video is all over my feed, i'm not going to watch it though... because that is weird. She is being humiliated, mocked. Apart of me revels in this, and another part of me feels guilty. I know what it's like to be in her position, a lot worse... but still. She may deserve it more than anything... but it doesn't make it right.
'Hey beautiful...' a message from Aleks pops up on my screen.
'Uuuhhh stop with the lies!'
'That's the thing... i dont lie ;)'
'You just lied then.'
This is our usual argument... it's sort of just what we do. My aunty calls me down stairs, and i can't believe that Aleks is in my living room. Even though i spent the whole day with him, you can never spend too much time with him. We grab a few biscuits, and sit on the logs at the end of my house. I force feed him one of the biscuits when he refuses to eat it, and he nearly tackles me to the ground.
"What the fuck!" A voice squeals from behind us. We quickly turn around to see Taneil standing behind us with her little gang. She approaches Aleks and pushes him off the seat. "You fucking idiot, what the fuck is wrong with you?"
Aleks picks himself up off the ground, "You deserved it" is all he says. I don't understand how he can be so confident.
"Do you want me to fuck her up?" She asks gesturing to me, Aleks steps forward in a defensive manner.
"You touch her and i will destroy you," his voice is thick with anger. I'm worried, i don't like being confronted like this. Minutes ago i was laughing and having fun, those times are no longer in sight.
"Don't worry, i've damaged her plenty of times... well most of the harm she has done herself, she is like my puppet" My eyes go straight to her group of friends, that begin to walk toward us. I tug at Aleks's shirt to make him aware of the threat coming towards us. Before he gets a chance to react, their fist connects with his face and Taneil has pounced on me. My head is being slammed in all different directions, until my brain cooperates. I grab her hair and pull it hard, a squeal leaves her lips. I stand to my feet. And i am pushed down again by Brayden, he kicks my stomach repeatedly until I can barely breathe... the pain stops and i look up to see Aleks punching into him.
I don't know what to do.
