peace is a continuation of August in epiphany, as she finds a new view on relationships, and she finds that her fame draws lovers away. Instead, she decides to devote her storytelling skills to writing an album on the stories that have made people not only hate her but also love her. She archives her memories from high school, and her old journals, and does the same with the newlyweds, James and Betty. She writes sixteen songs about the three of them and passes down the true story of their affair, materializing the folklore that has been passed down for a decade.
