Hias POV

Hias had always been a peculiar being, she considered herself to be older than she was, her relationship with Siah was unhealthy to say the least.

Siah had always saw her as a darker being, when Hias considered herself to be a guardian angel in some sort.

Hias couldn't help nor hide her urges, when she felt something was wrong, she usually took matters into her own hands.

As of now, she'd been working on trying to change Siah's perspective about her, it seemed to be working, she just wanted the best for her.

Siah was her other half and she'd protect her by any means necessary.

-----

Hias considered herself to be an intellectual being, she noticed things that Siah didn't, she understood things that Siah didn't.

One thing she was having a difficulty understanding was, Nolan and Nazan's intentions, while they seemed to be genuine in their words, their actions proof otherwise.

Nazan seemed to be having a difficult time not receiving forgiveness from her, and his actions show.

Hias didn't hurt the people she loved, that was a line she would never cross, while she seems to be vindictive most of the times that side of her only comes out when people hurt those she loves.

She was beginning to understand other's emotions as well as their thought process.

Siah yawned as she slid out of her bed, she stretched lightly as she went into the bathroom starting her morning routine

Siah yawned as she slid out of her bed, she stretched lightly as she went into the bathroom starting her morning routine. Her hair was in a high bun,

She was so relieved it was a Saturday; she'd only gotten back to school a couple weeks ago and she was tired, between working at the library and finals.

She sighed softly as she left out of her room, heading downstairs, as the scent of pancakes, grits, eggs and Conecuh sausage filled her senses.

She did a little dance before greeting her mother and grabbing a plate, "How's Elias?" Her mother asked starting conversation as she ate her food.

"He's fine."

Carmen nodded, her and Siah hadn't been as close since the accident even before that their relationship had been strained.

She didn't understand her own child, nor did she have any type of relationship with her, and she was trying to fix it.

Siah could see and acknowledge that her mother was trying but all she sees when she looks at her is the memories of how she was hurt and what her mother put her through, instead helping or talking to her she sends her off to facility.

Siah slid out of her seat and made her way to her seat to clean her dish, as she finished, she moved to the pantry grabbing a to go plate, knowing Elias was lounging in his bed.
