A\N: This is the last dream before the reunion. Even though this is Jenny's dream, it'll be in Jethro's POV. Hope you enjoy this twist on Jen's dream, Angels.

to you seeing me and turning the other way,

Jethro has just walked out of his favourite coffee shop with a coffee in his hand when he sees a woman with red hair and sparkling green eyes, wearing tight jeans with ankle heeled boots, a scarf and a coat, with a coffee in her hand. He stops in his tracks when blue and green eyes lock together, everything around them stopping.

When they looked at each other, time stops and two years later, time still stops. He watches as her mouth opens to speak, maybe to whisper his name and over the sounds of people, he'll hear it fall from her red lips, or maybe she'll apologise for ripping out his heart and left him with nothing except a letter, her coat, a ripped out heart and a thousand memories that could never be shared with anyone other than her, and turns around in the direction he came from and walks away from her, hearing her pained "Jethro" as she watches him walk away from her, just like she did to him two years ago. He shakes his head as he walks further and further away from her. He can't believe she's back in DC.

He finds a bench in an empty park and sits on it, sipping his coffee and trying to rid himself of the memories that are flooding back to the front of his mind. He curses himself. After staring at her for a few seconds, he can't think about anything but her. He can't think about anything but how her hair looked in the sun. He can't think about anything but how her eyes sparkled when she looked at him. He can't think about anything but about how gorgeous she looked in her outfit.

He feels bad for turning and walking away from her but he didn't want to talk to her in fear that he'll blurt out that he still loves her, that he's never stopped loving her.

Jethro doesn't know how long he's been sitting on the bench, sipping his coffee and thinking about HER when someone sits beside him, the scent of French Vanilla perfume.

The same French Vanilla perfume that he bought her in Paris for her birthday along with a bracelet. They're quiet for a few minutes before he starts talking to her.

"You broke my heart when you left me in Paris with nothing but a letter, your coat and a head full of memories about us. I've spent the past 2 years missing you." He tells her. She sighs and speaks.

"I know. I hurt you and I never meant to hurt you, Jethro when I left you, you have to believe me." As much as he loves her, he doesn't believe that she ever meant to hurt him. Just her leaving crushed him.

"Jen, you crushed me when you left. I won't lie and tell you I don't still love you, I do love you but you did mean to hurt because you know that would be the only way I wouldn't stop you from leaving me in Paris." He's thought a lot about her leaving. And the only valid reason he could come up with was because she knew he'd stop her from leaving if she hadn't hurt him.

"You coulda said somethin' to me, Jen." He says. Jen sighs. "I could've but you would've stopped me anyway." She retorts. Jethro shakes his head and finishes off his drink before throwing the cup in the trash.

"Yeah, I would've because I love you, Jen." Jethro says before he kisses her cheek and gets off the bench. "Bye, Jen." The silver haired agent says before he once again walks away from her again.

He doesn't turn around to look at her

He can't bear to see the heartbreaking look on her face as the tears travel down her cheeks as she watches him walk away like she did to him two years ago in that Paris airport.

Jenny sighs as she takes a sip of bourbon. Her latest dream of Jethro seeing her on the streets of DC and turning away and walking the other way is more likely than another of them kissing in a rainstorm, or her walking into his house unannounced, or him getting off the plane in Paris, or him being in Morrow's office hen she walks in and being placed back on his team.

She walked away from him once, so maybe he should be the one to walk away from her too, even if it was in a dream, he walked away from her nonetheless.

Because she walked away from the best thing in her life, she'll spend the rest of her life alone, holding onto the memories of the two of them for company.

But will she even remember him in 20, 30 years?

Will he remember her in  20, 30 years?

A\N: This is the end of the Dream, with only the Reunion to go, due to how late it is here in the UK, the chapter we've all been waiting for won't be out until tomorrow but in the meantime, I hope you enjoy this one, Angels.
