It was time for the first team to go, Midoriya and Uraraka VS. Bakugo and Iida. Everyone else went to the observation room. Optimus took a close look at the monitors, wanting to learn as much as he can about the students. Soon the battle started.
The heroes entered the building through a window.
*Entering through a door is what's expected of them. Using a widow is a good idea.*
The heroes carefully wandered the halls, looking for the villains, or the weapon. Bakugo can rushing around the corner, quickly attacking Midoriya. He responded by flipping Bakugo over his shoulder.
*Bakugo leads with his anger, causing him to make rash decisions. What he lacks in rational thinking, he makes up with fire power. Midoriya on the other hand, is an observer, he watches his opponent and learns their moves, quickly adapting to the situation. But his Quirk seems to cause damage to his body, Midoriya needs to learn to control this power before he hurts himself beyond repair.*
Iida checked up with Bakugo, but was hung up on. This seemed to annoy Iida.
All Might starts to explain that they were talking over a wireless radio, much like how Optimus would talk with his team over coms. All Might stated that they also had floor plans and capture tape, wrap the tape around someone and they are considered captured. Soon All Might had everyone in the observation room shouting "Plus Ultra!" Optimus followed along but thought of the saying as a bit odd.
Bakugo charged up another explosion, and Uraraka went off to find the weapon. Midoriya doged each of Bakugos attacks.
*Making quick decisions on the battlefield is a good skill to have.*
Optimus took his eye off of Bakugo and Midoriya, moving his focus to Iida, who Uraraka was rapidly approaching. Uraraka found the weapon and Iida, seemingly unnoticed, Uraraka went to contact Midoriya when she stopped short.
*What is she doing?*
Uraraka seemed to be surprised by how seriously Iida was taking this, truly embodying a villain. This caused Iida to become aware of Urarakas presence. Iida had cleared the floor, preventing Uraraka from using her Quirk on anything. Iida seemed to be doing a good job at playing the villain, Uraraka seemed truly scared.
All Might shouted into his radio, "Young Bakugo, Stop!" seconds after one of the screens lit up an orange-ish white light. Bakugo had used his gauntlets to supercharge his Quirk, creating a big explosion. Everyone went quiet, unsure if Midoriya was okay or not. The smoke cleared show Midoriya was alright, Bakugo continued to approach.
All Might warned Bakugo, if he is to use the gauntlets again, the fight will be over and his team will lose. This seemed to only anger Bakugo. Bakugo what on the attack again, using a move that surprised everyone. A move that was clearly thought out.
*Maybe I was wrong. He may act on his anger, but he does think out most of his action. He's clever.*
Both Bakugo and Midoriya ran toward each other, charging up their Quirks, a boy known as Kirishima suggested to stop the fight. All Might was about to end it when Midoriya said something that seemed to stop All Might. Optimus noticed, on one of the other screens, Uraraka grab a pillar.
*What are they planning?*
A big wind tunnel moved upwards quickly, causing the floor Uraraka was on to break, she was able to use her quirk on the pillar she grabbed, for it had been separated from the floor and ceiling. She used the pillar to hit the rubble toward Iida, causing a distraction, giving her the opening she needed to grab the weapon. Midoriya broke his arm, but the heroes won. It was over.
~~~~~
I know it might be odd to write about Midoriya's fight, but I thought that it might be interesting to focus on what Optimus was thinking during parts of this fight. I hope you all like this.
