The choice

Please try.
Stop carrying on 15 conversations at once and put some effort into ours.
Stop making time for everybody else in your life and drawing the line at two hours for me.
Stop making me bend over backwards to be seen, heard, cared about.
Give me your certainty.
Give me your time.
Give me your heart.
Because I've already given you ALL of those things free of charge.
Cut off the distractions you call "friends" so you don't have to anxiously hide your phone.
Cut off the people pleasing and start making some decisions of your own.
Reality is coming for you no matter how fast you run.
Just know that I'm getting tired trying to keep up.
Keep up with your distancing.
Keep up with your lies.
Keep up with whatever fears are taking up your mind.
Stop saying that your "trying" when it's only on your time.
Your convenience.
Starting and stopping when you decide.
MAKE IT WORK.
Invite me out.
Call without me asking.
Include me in your life.
Prioritize.
PRIORITIZE ME.
Learn how to show love instead of just claiming that you feel it.
Give the bullshit excuses a rest.
Put that effort into me instead.
Because I deserve it.
I give it back tenfold.
I show up for you
I'm there for you
You've never woken up wondering if I love you.
You'll never understand the pain of hearing me say "I don't know" about my feelings for you.
