Jennie went with jungkook while lisa went with Taehyung. Jungkook just followed taehyung's car. They eventually arrived at a cool restaurant. It doesn't seem too classy and doesn't seem too tacky.

Taehyung and Jungkook went to park their cars next to each other. Taehyung hops off the car and opens the door for lisa. Jennie could only bite her lips.

Jennie hops off the car and walks up to Jungkook beside him. Jungkook envelops his hand on jennie's waist. "Is it okay?" Jungkook referring to his hands on jennie's waist.

Jennie responded in a nod. They went to a table by four. Lisa and Taehyung sitting together while facing Jennie and Jungkook. The genie couldn't vur feel uneasy by taehyung's stares and glances on her.

"What would you all ladies and gentlemen like to order?" A female attendant asked

"Two smoked salmon anena side of sautéed asparagus with pickled radish. For her, she shall have Beef steak, with garlic fried rice, and a soup of wanton. Please don't add chilli oil because she doesn't like that" Taehyung replied

"And for the both of you?" The female attendant inquired jungkook and Jennie.

"I would have tomahawk steak in a medium rare and a bucket shrimp." Jungkook replied

"What about you?" Jungkook asked Jennie

"I can't seem to choose. Can you pick for me?" Jennie smilingly replied

"What would you like?" Jungkook asked

"Something not heavy. I'm allergic to seafoods" Jennie informed

"Ah, okay. Then she'll have a two portions carbonara pasta with lasagna and a strawberry shake" jungkook said

The female attendant went to manage their orders. While waiting, their conversation started.

"You really have a big appetite Jennie unnie. I wish I could eat like that. I easily get full by a certain amount of foods" lisa said

"That's why you should eat whenever we're going out, so that I can pinch your cheeks more" taehyung pinches Lisa's cheeks which made the latter embarrass.

"You really look good together" jungkook said

"Thanks. But anyway, Jennie unnie what gift are you giving of jungkook somehow scored the free shot?" Lisa asked

"I don't know. I haven't actually thought about it. I don't have actually a lot of money, maybe a watch?" Jennie replied

"That cut-" lisa was cut off by taehyung's laughter

"What's wrong?" Jennie genuinely asked

"You mean, you're giving jungkook a watch? That's a cheap one. He has a lot of watches that are really expensive. Try something else" Taehyung replied passively agressively

"I figured. He doesn't accept a cheap watch" Jennie laugh it off awkwardly

"Taehyung hyung stop. I do accept a watch especially coming from you Jennie" jungkook consoled Jennie

Jennie smiled in return. Their orders came and they started to eat. Meanwhile, their conversation also continued.

"Lisa is the food your liking?" Taehyung asked

"Yes, i like it very much. Just like our last date. When we were in the ramen shop" lisa replied

"Ramen shop? Did you go to the ramen shop without inviting me?" Jungkook added in

"Sorry, the stare is only for us. You can find another ramen store to eat" Taehyung teasingly said

"Yes, we enjoyed the shop because the chef actually has a lot of skills. Eggs are flying, and pots are in and out of the flame. I even screamed because of the schock. Taehyung just laughed at me. He's crazy" lisa replied

"Gosh, if I'd known. I would've secretly installed a gps trackers on your car" jungkook said

"Do you like ramen, Jennie unnie?" Lisa asked

"I used to but now I don't" Jennie replied bitterly. She's being affected by Taehyung and Lisa's personal display of affection-in short, PDA.

"Why, come on now Jennie. Ramen is one of the best thing to eat. Will you come with me?" Jungkook asked

"I don't know. I can't possibly decide right now." Jennie replied

"Well you have to find another spot because that ramen spot is ours" taehyung said while looking sweetly at Lisa.

Jennie's heart began to tremble bitterly witnessing these events. She could only chew and look down. Her sassiness left her body. She could only feel sorry for herself by fighting taehyung. Knowing taehyung could easily move on about her forget her. Either way, she's a genie and this is a borrowed life.

After they ate, Taehyung was about to pay for Lisa's meal but lisa insisted to pay for her share. Jennie really thought at the moment that she can't possibly compete with Lisa who's independent and is actual human.

"I'll pay for both of us" Jungkook said

"Are you sure? I mean, i can't pay back it a little by little" Jennie lied. She can't pay back that amount of money especially when she can't work.

"Are you paying for her meal. Jennie do you even have money before coming here? Aren't you just leaching jungkook?" Taehyung said

"Taehyung's right jungkook. Don't worry. I'll pay you the money back" Jennie quivered in embarrassment. Taehyung shove her the truth that she really has no money besides relying on people's wealth.

"Again, stop it hyung" jungkook warnings Taehyung

"I mean, you just let somebody shoulder your expenses. What an embarrassment" Taehyung added in.

A tear from jennie escaped on her eye, until a second one until more came down. "I said shut up Taehyung. I'm the one who invited her, if anything it's my job to treat her" jungkook said in anger.

Jungkook consoled Jennie and patted her back while whispering "I'm sorry. It's okay. You don't have to feel bad about not paying. It's really alright"

Jennie just nodded in response. "Whatever, we're leaving first" Taehyung said while dragging lisa.

"I'm sorry, Jennie unnie. I'll make sure to talk to him about this" lisa said before she left.

Jungkook paid their meals and went their way, he drove Jennie home and confirmed her before he left. "Bye Jungkook, thanks for everything" Jennie said

"Sure, anytime you want" jungkook replied.

Jennie went inside the building and faces taehyung's unit. She weakly presses the code and went in. There Taehyung at the fridge drinking water

Jennie decided to ignore him because what he did was really hurtful. But whats even more hurtful is the upcoming taehyung's words

"Jennie, i have to ask you to leave this unit tomorrow because lisa would be coming here. I don't want her to see that were living together. You can go wherever you want. You can come back after the day. Book a hotel whatever you want, I'll pay for it As always" Taehyung said the last two words with intent.

Jennie could only nod in response and went to lay down on the couch feeling outmost pain.
